Pros: Great location.

Cons: Checked into hotel around 6P and had to check out due to sick child at home with Aunt around 11:30pm. Staff was polite but never offered future discount on room if we stayed there again. Would have been nice jesture since we didn't even get to use the R

Pros: The staff was really nice and friendly and the location was good too with a starbucks and a few other restaurants near by! The bed was comfy!

Cons: The hotel needs a little update. The TV wasn't plugged in, so I had to figure it out by myself. And had two remote controls, which was confusing. The closet is a little outdated and is too big ...

Pros: Excellent location, next to the lake and quiet. Unlimited coffee and bottled water from ground floor. Staff also kindly arrange for our late arrival (note there is no reception after a certain hour) ...

Cons: Bed was a bit soft and, as the room is small, the air conditioning is next to it, which can be a bit disturbing to sleep. Parking is limited in front of hotel.
