Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to Universal Studios and shopping areas. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with many reviews citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, mold, and pests. Service is described as mixed, with some positive mentions of friendly staff and efficient check-in, but also reports of neglected maintenance. Room size is generally adequate, though some rooms feel outdated or deteriorated. Amenities such as elevators, Wi-Fi, and in-room appliances often do not function properly or are missing, detracting from the overall experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
