Hotel lobby is so nice but rooms are not so great. Hallways smell musty and everything seems old and dated. Not what you expect from a JW Marriott.

Pros (+) The breakfast was amazing. Anything you could think of. Bar service was great around the pool. Lifeguards notified you promptly if there was lightning in the area.
Cons (-) The room service cleanup could have been better. We had to ask twice for room service to pick up trays on our floor from another room. Had been there for over 24 hrs.

Cons (-) delivery charge for room service and a 20% obligatory tip...isn't the tip for the service, which is the delivery. I was charged $8 for tip and delivery of a burger
