The hotel was clean and close to many attractions. Room was spacious. Drawback was they are doing construction, mattresses have seen better days and pillows are the cheapest around. My biggest issue was that our ac broke during our 1st night. We called the front desk twice in the morning, and again when we were getting ready in the afternoon. It was never checked. Finally they sent someone to check it and stated it needed to be replaced. This is unacceptable. We had 3 small kids with us, medicine that went bad and we ended uo getting sick after the stay. This could have been handled so much better.
Pros:Me gusto la ubicación. Cerca del Outlet International y del Orlando resort.
Cons:Personal poco atento. La piscina estaba fría y nos ofrecieron que em dosndias estaría climatizada. Después de 9 días de estancia nunca sucedió. Aparte la limpieza de las habitaciones no es buena, basura no recogida y la habitación queda semi ordenada.
Pros:Friendly/helpful staff, spacious clean rooms, delicious breakfast each morning, beautiful outdoor pool, complimentary fruit and newspapers. We loved it here!!
Cons:Can't think of anything that needs improvement. The only thing we didn't like is that we had to leave after a week.

Pros:Staff was amazing!! Spacious rooms, great breakfast!! The bar and restaurant were also great! The shuttle to Universal was a great convenience.

Cons:Broken Hair Dryer, bathroom door would not close, bathroom fan sounded like an unbalanced helicopter, carpets badly stained and smelly... excess deodorized spray.Would never stay here again! No HyattP Gold Pasport points, because we booked on Kayak, so they do not credit points, only if you book direct with Hyatt at a higher rate!

Pros:Friendly, professional staff with positive attitudes -- from the front desk manager to the maintenance and housekeeping staff. Very convenient to Universal and outlet malls. We enjoyed our stay, and wish we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was good, too!
