Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff, with several mentioning helpful and attentive service. Some guests also found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for the price. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with numerous reports of cockroaches, dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and stained linens. While a few guests enjoyed amenities like coffee and parking, the overall experience was heavily impacted by poor hygiene and maintenance issues.AI-generated from customer reviews
