Pros (+) Loved location. Close enough to parks without being on the busy main drag.

Pros (+) For the most part, hotel staff is well trained and professional.
Cons (-) Asked to arrange for a taxi at a specific time the following morning. The next morning, the 'taxi' turned out to be a Suburban with some connection to the hotel with an 'unknown' price. When I objected and said that I felt mislead, the staff called a trusted regular taxi service that put me behind schedule.

We picked this hotel specifically because the weather was supposed to be bad and it had an indoor pool, so that was a big bummer. Cons (-) People smoking at every doorway. Crazy party atmosphere downstairs. Noise everywhere. Used to bring family here, was never like this. Saw a man outside one of the back entrances relieving himself. Immediately checked out.

Cons (-) Buffets is great but people need reminding not to touch food others will be eating. Especially when you have to tell them please don't pick up my toast that just dropped down the shoot. Perhaps a note. Tong use preferred.
