The security people were a good touch.
I expected better than this. My door would not always open properly and my key was easily erased. Also, the restaurant did not offer me an over 50 discount as their on documents stated. I will not stay here again as I felt I was just another number.

the location was good and the deck was amazing
the beds were hard, and we requested a roll away bed when we checked in and it took 4 hours to get it to our room and we had to call about it three times. When we did get the bed it was dropped off at the door and had no help getting it into our room.

Everything! This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Florida! The staff is amazing! Housekeeping is amazing! They were so polite and nice! The breakfast and dinner buffet were great! I love the Mickey Mouse waffles!
