Pros: close to airport Cons: the shuttle took 1hr 10 mins to pick me up after I called twice to check on them. I had to be back at the airport at 5 am after landing at 10:30 pm and I only got 3 hrs of sleep because of how late they were so I was really disappointed. Pros (+) The room was great and very clean
Cons (-) There was a long wait to check in. There were 2 people checking in ahead of me but the phone kept ringing and the staff person kept on answering the phone and helping that customer before serving us. I was quite annoyed. I asked a few people where to go for food and they were very unhelpful.

Pros (+) The staff, the room, the cleanliness, the location- all of this at a five star rating for an incredible price.
Cons (-) The laundry facilities were a little old; ice machine was not on every floor.
