Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and good food at the restaurant. However, there are frequent complaints about the need for renovations, cleanliness issues in some rooms and bathrooms, and limited breakfast options. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the value good, others noted old furniture, dated amenities, and maintenance problems. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
