Front desk staff was friendly and understanding that we were disappointed with their hotel. A third party sold this hotel as a 5 Star and 1.5 is all I would give it. Found a Marriott Courtyard down the street for $20 less per night and got a much better room.
Terrible problem with overnight help. Staff in morning wonderful
Room was clean, very spacious, bed comfortable, property very nice. Breafast was good too.
Overnight clerk had so many issues checking us in, over an hour speaking with your people trying to get us registered
Always a Pleasure
The Tower hotel is always a great place to stay. The rooms are nice, the staff is excellent and the facilities are phenomenal for the price.
Nothing I didn't like
Staff was very welcoming. Any issues I had were resolved quickly and with a smile.
The mirror was dirty when I arrived, but after a quick call to the desk it was all fine!
Love our stay here
The staff was exceptionally friendly and concerned with even the smallest needs. Whenever we walked by the desk they were very sure to ask us how we were doing. The maintenance man Merlin was stopped to chat with us when he saw us "out and about" Although most people don't smoke anymore... we do, and the smoke hole was safe and secure. The pool was outstanding. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms very pretty but no fridge. Quiet clientele. Lobby was gorgeous. Nice bar attached to hotel. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks to everyone at The Tower!
We would have liked a continental breakfast with the room (although they did offer good coffee) but we were well aware that this was not available so we were prepared for that. The restaurant across the parking lot was a reasonable price and very good food so the lack of "free" breakfast was not much of a hardship. (we visited Oklahoma City without a car with us) The hot tub has been permanently closed as of a few days before our visit so I am assuming they will change their advertising but we were a bit disappointed in that.
Lacks the amenities
Close to downtown Comfortable room
Over priced internet NO microwave NO Refrigerator Restaurant over priced
Location was great
The room could use an update, the jacuzzi did not work, it took room service all day to bring a microwave and refrigerator and it took up walking space in the room.
What you would expect for the price
The rooms were big enough for my husband and I and our two small children's pack n plays. Staff was friendly. Good location.
It was warm the whole time. We set our ac on 68 and the room never got below 74. The pool had feathers and dead bugs in it. The beds were so hard that I had to go to the chiropractor after my stay.
Nice room in an older hotel
Room was very comfortable for two travelers. Beds and linens were nice as was the hotel staff. Although the room was overheated when we arrived (88 degrees), the building maintenance got it cooled off so we could sleep comforably.
This is an older facility with some heat/air problems, no refrigerator in the room and a charge for using wireless. The on-site restaurant is clearly not much used and our server was nice but the food was "adequate" at best.
Not bad at all
I am surprised that there were some negative, but were not found correct.
Brown stains on towels
The towels were stained with brown spots. I actually went out and bought a towel and paper towels for my stay. My key would never work for my room. The desk clerk told me it was because of my cell phone. That didn't sound design like a reasonable explanation. I could hear people running through the halls all night on a Friday night. I could have stayed somewhere much better for the price. I was disgusted by the room.
The staff always made us feel welcome. They were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
The absence of a business center was one thing I wish they would improve.
