Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained carpets, and unsanitary conditions. Service was also frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful management, unclear policies, and unexpected fees. The pool, a key amenity for many, was often out of order or dirty. While a few guests noted the location and price as positives, the overwhelming sentiment was negative due to poor maintenance, lack of basic necessities, and safety concerns.

Poor

Cons (-) Walking to the elevator and in the elevator there was trash and food on the floor. The hallway were run down. The rooms were poorly remodeling. The bathrooms were not clean there was hair on the bathroom floor, hair in the sink hair, hair in the tub, and NO HOT WATER from the time I checked In to 9pm at night and they try and tell me they fix the problem but only lied about it.

Very good
Anonymous, Dec 2018
Pros (+) The room was comfortable. It was a great value. As a side note, one thing I really appreciated was how kind and helpful the staff member was when several hours after I left I realized that I had possibly left my sunglasses behind. The woman said nobody had turned them in but that she would run upstairs and talk to housekeeping to be sure. They did have them, and she left them at the desk for me to...
Cons (-) There was a very strong smell of cleaning products when we arrived. I am not sensitive to that sort of thing at all, but it was overwhelming. I had to open a window to be able to stand it. The hotel could have stood some updates and maintenance. Touching up some paint and repairing the out of order dryer, etc., but that didn’t affect my stay.
