Pros: Hotel was pure luxury. Amazing rooms, staff and service. Pool area and view were fantastic as were the cocktails in the romantic bar! Will definitely be back!!

Cons: Could have been more choice at breakfast eg pancakes and eggs benedict would have been nice for a change but overall the selection was very good.

Pros: Bed way way too soft. I had to move to couch bed was painful to my back. Most of breakfast good. Eggs and omelet not good at all. Orange marmalade great. Water pressure in shower poor. I think leaks under sink was fixed. Coffee was not replenished. Shouldn’t have to request refills or ice. Transport to village entrance would be a nice touch as weather was so hot and humid. Overall nice visit. Location very nice. Just didn’t have time to visit spa.

Cons: The village was constantly crowded by bus tours. Very disappointing as looked nice, but could hardly move.

Pros: Wow. This place is so good to stay. They has offered so many electricity utensil for cooking. Have coffee machine and tea bag. Everyday they refill for us. If one wants to save money for bkfast .there is supermarket nearby, take yr bkfast in yr own balcony. Face to the swimming pool. Such a perfect place. Anna the receptist helps us a lot. 100 % likes

Pros: It is a small hotel that has it all, it is very close walking distance to main street Oia. My room has a little kitchen with a fridge and microwave, one double bed and two single beds, it has a parking space for free, and a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the supermarkets, and also is very well located if you have a car and you want to go to the other towns on the island, and the bus stop is very near also.

Cons: Probably the mini split could be cooler.

Pros: From the friendly welcome when we arrived to our hug goodbye Maria’s Place was everything we could have hoped for and more. Beautifully clean apartment, well equipped including Nespresso coffee machine with capsules etc which were replenished every day. Towels changed daily, just ask for towels to use at pool. Good location easy walking distance into Oia and surrounding area. Big thank you to all staff especially Anna.

Pros: Ana the main person was so lovely and friendly. We will come and stay again. Beautiful place. Love the kitchen in the room. Great facilities, nice view. Shower was good, bed comfy. Don’t have anything negative to stay. Really enjoyed our time here. Even had a nepresso machine in the room. Nice touch.

Cons: Nothing. Loved everything. Pretty good value for the most beautiful town in Santorini. Definitely recommend staying in Oia-breathtaking views.

Pros: 1.The room has a very strong smell of cleaning products that could not be aired out of the room by opening door. 2.Noise from washing machine next door in laundry room that went on all day and continued into the evening at 7pm. We spoke to Anna and the boss who yelled at us to leave. 3.Boss will yell at customers if a problem is raised with Anna at front desk. If a customer raises a problem regarding Maria Place, Anna will ignore any yelling directed towards a customer from the boss. 4. Furniture inside is dated, old fashioned. 5. Exit light above door was too bright we had to place a towel over it to make our room dark for sleeping.

Cons: The boss yelled at my wife and I when we spoke to Anna to explain the washing machines next door to our apartment were too noisy and if they could be turned off as it was too noisy when sitting outside at 7pm. The boss told us we had to leave the next day which left us panicking as we had to book new accommodation for 5 nights at a more expensive place in Santorini as was peak season and a last minute booking. We were both traumatised by this hostile behaviour from the boss. Anna’s response was that he was the boss and could do what he wanted, which meant we had to leave the hotel the next day, at short notice during peak season to book remaining 5 nights elsewhere. This was a shocking experience, poor service from the boss of Maria Place.

Pros: Beautiful property, clean rooms, amazing breakfast spread every morning, the location was perfect for us - short walk into the main shopping area of Oia but just outside the tourist craziness. Anna was the best hostess!! She greeted us every morning and evening, gave us great recommendations for tours & other sightseeing - and "insider" tips we never would have known about! She really made our stay at Maria's Place that much better, would highly recommend!

Cons: Would have maybe liked a daily water bottle in the room automatically, had to ask or buy it out but really not a big deal compared to how many other great amenities this hotel had

Pros: Almost everything was great. The facilities, the services, the food were all excellent, and the staff and city people were nice and friendly.

Pros: The staff is super efficient, friendly, and professional. The room had a very cozy feeling. Perfect size. The view was amazing. The breakfast menu offered a good variety.

Pros: The area, the rooms, the courteous and always accommodating staff, the food, and the hot tubs. Everything was great for this stay!

Cons: One of the rooms we stayed in had a smaller bathroom but still beautiful.

Pros: Breakfast served to our balcony each morning was a highlight. The view of the caldera was spectacular. The staff also bent over backwards to assist us with dinner reservations, tours, transportation and directions (by drawing scaled maps to each location).

Pros: The staff, food, rooms and location were amazing! The staff Vana went above and beyond making our 1 week wedding anniversary as romantic as possible. Mike and Lucas made sure dinners were amazing and we always had a great spot in the restaurant.

Cons: Its hard to control the sewer odor from the bathrooms

Cons: I paid almost $3K per night for a room with a private swimming pool. It was supposed to be an infinity pool however there was a tree that was blocking our panoramic view of the ocean. I felt misled by this.

Pros: The view of our room no. 8 is fantastic and excellent. Every morning, the majestic view of blue see is in front of our eyes through the window. It made us felt exceptionally good. In addition, Nehir, one of the staff in the hotel was very friendly, she visited our room and greeting to us to make sure everything was OK. She always have a friendly smile and is very polite. All staff in the restaurant are so excellent and warm, in particular, Alex(short form only, I hoped I do not misspell her name). I will definitely recommend Mystique to my friends if they plan the vocation in Santorini.

Pros: The staff and over all experience was exellent, truly a memorable trip. The view each morning stole our breathes.

Cons: Location is at the bottom of a cliff, prepare for some hiking up each day.

Pros: The Allure Suite was awesome, with upscale natural furnishings, private balcony and incredible view of caldera! Indoor jacuzzi was perfect. The bedroom was like being enveloped in a white cave-with amazing linens and super comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Concierge had great suggestions before arriving and during our visit.

Pros: Very private. Gorgeous views of Thia. Food was delicious. If you’re cramped for time they have a winetasting in a secret wine cave here. Two different places for breakfast they also have room service. Spa located on premises. Our room had a private Jacuzzi out front. The star of the property were the Bellman. They would carry the luggage from the street to your room on their shoulders!

Cons: The stairs were and aerobic workout. The spa could not accommodate couples massages. Only singles. In the office they had several people checking guests in. But forget about asking for any concierge services. They would tell you yes they would help but then never call you back. We had a rental car that we wanted to turn in early next-door. They had the key for the vehicle and said that they would call them and turn it in for us. Two days later we find out they never called. We had to take the vehicle there and do it ourselves. If they told us that from the beginning we could’ve saved a couple extra days. Also we called to schedule a winetasting appointment in their secret wine cave. We show up and find out that they never called to tell them we were going to be having a tasting that evening. We wanted to purchase bathrobes they said they would let us know how much. Never got back with us. We were looking for a place that could do couples massages. They said they could not help us. So it seems no matter how little or how large your asking them for assistance they will not do so. You also could not see the sunset from this property. It faces south but there is a cliff that blocks the view.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast and other room service items were delicious and delivered promptly, the plunge pool was amazing and the view was absolutely fabulous. Also, every single member of the staff was friendly and always greeted you with a smile: from the concierge to the porter to the cleaning/room service staff. This is the most relaxed my husband and I have felt in a long time. Ducato was everything we hoped for and more.

Pros: The properti quite hard to reach, we must take a rock stair. But its ok. First time we came, a boy from ducato came to us to bring our luggage. It was helpful otherwise sure we got lost. The reception always help us with exelent information. If we come again to santorini, ducato di oia should be our choice to stay....

Pros: Sunset view, nice staff, cleanliness

Cons: I booked honeymoon suite but they first gave me a room right next to the reception place with very tiny outdoor hot tub and no privacy at all. I was very disappointed and that room was definitely not worth the money! The staff helped us move to another room which has much bigger hot tub and much bigger space/balcony and interior than the first room. And it locates much away from other guests. Whoever gets the first room will definitely be disappointed about this hotel. That room should never be given to any guests at all.

Pros: Everything was absolutely fantastic. The villa sits right on the cliff so the Aegean sea and the caldera view are right in your hands. Room was beautiful and spacious, sparkling clean of course. The view from the private patio was one of the kind. It’s a luxurious experience lying on the couch and watch Oia sunset. Amazing place and wonderful stay. Definitely recommended.

Pros: Posititon away from the cruise ship crowds who throng Oia in the day so it was quiet. Nice views over the caldera and the harbour below. Spacious room with own patio was a bonus.

Cons: The hotel was very good but not perfect because you have to climb down 160 steps from the village on top of the caldera . There is no restaurant so if you visit the centre during the day and return for a meal at night you will have climbed 320 steps and those on the mule route the hotel leads off also have fairly steep uneven step - not a handrail in sight so not suitable AT ALL unless you are VERY fit and active. One day we visited the village and in the evening walked down the steep ,terraced route to the harbour . Exhausting as the steps are broken up in parts and in total we walked / climbed nearly 800 steps that day. The location ,the number of unequal steps and lack of any handrailing needs to be made very clear in brochures as it is an important if not critical issue for the infirm ,less able , or if you are of advanced age.

Pros: The breakfast was full of Greek flavours and I absolutely loved it. The staff was excellent and the accommodation just perfect.

Pros: Wonderful location, particularly for sunsets, great staff and wonderful outdoor lounge area.

Cons: I was given a small room, fit only for an individual, which was ok, but it was really small, their smallest room, I called it a cave room with no room for even a small table and a chair. So, I had a bed and a bathroom/shower but that was it. I wished I had known it was going to be so small.

Pros: We love the room, the location, the view and perfect sunset. Free shuttle from n to airport including porter from parking lot to our room for our luggages are really something. Bfast not much option but okay.

Cons: Lot of steps from the main street, but no worries...just take it as part of exercise :)

Pros: Room size was great - the bedroom was very comfortable. When the hot tub worked it was lovely. Location is excellent.

Cons: Staff didn’t really seem to care. Not the usual hospitality from resorts in Oia that charge similar prices. For the price I paid I expect more. Having to ask for more shower gel etc as none was replaced. No free water in room. When the hot tub stopped working we were told it would be fixed and it wasn’t. At no point did anyone tell us the water needs topping up. When I called reception just answered ‘yes’ for a 1700 euro stay. Not good enough.

Pros: We enjoyed our short stay in this charming hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the view phenomenal.

Cons: I stayed 3 days. The view from the room with a proven balcony was excellent, but I found the staff unsolicited, did not clean the room well on any of the days, shower without shower wetting the whole bathroom during the bath and the day of my return the porters scratched two of the bags And they nearly broke the grasses and brought them to the car through the cobblestone streets.

Pros: best location possible on the island, nice room, nice breakfast (you can choose the day before what you want and they bring it to your room/balcony), WLAN, friendly and helpful staff, view from the pool is amazing!!

Pros: 1. We did like the location, it is very convenient. 2. The view from the small balcony was very nice. 3. There was a pack of stray cats roaming around, they were friendly.

One of our small paper bag went missing during the check in process, we only realized that one day later, after asking the reception guy if they have seen it, his reply was: -no maybe you left it in the taxi or in your previous hotel-.. 1 hour later one of the staff shows up with our bag saying they found it, funny thing is the bag always had my name tag on it, meaning it was just matter to look up the guests list to find out who it belonged to. To make things worse after checking we realized one big chocolate bar that was inside the bag was gone. 2. Bed sheet had stains. 3. Some towels are new some others are old, some are white, some are yellow, some smell weird some others have stains. 4. The pillows have a humidity smell. 5. The toilet shower does not have a curtain or partition, all toilet gets wet when you take shower. 6. The bedroom ceiling just in top of the bed had stains. 7. Breakfast has room for improvement. 8. If you use the toilet before taking shower you will only get extremely hot water in the shower for quite a while. 9. Reception guy was helpful but he could have a better attitude. 10. It felt more like a 3 star bedroom than a 4 star bedroom. 11. Not good value for money.

Pros: Armeni hotel was everything we were looking for, situated in a very central location in Oia, with beautiful panoramic views of the Caldera. Prior arrival the hotel proactively contacted us, in order to arrange a transfer from the port, we agreed with the charge and a mini bus picked us up and drove us in Oia, at a parking nearby the hotel from where the staff picked us up. This parking had a grocery store and a nice gyros restaurant as well, very necessary if you need to grab something quick to eat. Our room was very clean and tide, the service was excellent and the staff was so polite, they booked us some restaurants and a very nice catamaran Sunset trip. A breakfast tray was served every day in our room. Pure magic!
