Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding location and breathtaking views, describing it as central, close to attractions, and offering spectacular vistas of Oia, the sea, and the caldera. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, and appreciated the helpful staff. However, several guests noted significant accessibility challenges due to numerous stairs and difficult paths, making it less suitable for those with mobility issues. The pool received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others mentioning cleanliness concerns. Breakfast quality was frequently criticized as not meeting expectations, especially given the room rates.
