The staff were friendly, the car was clean, and it was affordable.Cons:
It took a lot of paperwork and time to rent the car. It was nearly an hour from when I entered the location to when I got the keys. I wish more of the paperwork could have been done online beforehand.2.0 Poor

After spending 15 Euro on taxi to get to Enterprise, we were told there weren’t actually any cars available for the day. No offer to give us a ride back to our flat, no offer to see if other Enterprise locations had cars. VERY dissatisfied.Flex To Go
