The hotel lobbies stunk. Staff were not friendly. We heard the guests in the neighboring room arguing all night. Rooms are definitely not soundproof. Breakfast was cold. When I booked the hotel at hotwire.com, I was informed that the hotel was 14 miles from Sandbridge Beach. Not the case. The Hotel was at least 27 miles from Sandbridge ( a good 45 minutes away). Definitely not the 3 star rating it...

Pros (+) The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) The room was dirty and stained, very outdated interior. The couch had built in stains on a couch that looked like it was out of the 1980s. The lamps were broken, I saw two bugs during my 12-hour stay, and the view from the room was of a bunch of trash outside that the hotel had put there (old washing machines and chairs, etc).

Pros (+) Breakfast buffet was good. As we stood in line I saw a sign on the wall that said "no dogs in the buffet area". Guess it was OK to tie your dog to the chair leg outside the buffet area while you get a fourth helping.
Cons (-) First room had dirty towels in the floor, bed not made and trash cans full. Second room, AC unit very loud and falling out of the wall. Carpet repairs consisted of duct tape. One working elevator and the cleaning staff had it full most of the mornings. Pillows smelled bad and bed comforter stained - yes, make your own bed. Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and the location was great! Not too far from any needs that you may have.
Cons (-) As another guest had mentioned, there were a lot of bird droppings in the courtyard area.
