Location was excellent
The location is amazing, it's only 1-3 mins walk from the tram from airport, tram to old town and train station, and is in the heart of the Nice city. The staffs are welcome, and there's a small pantry corner at ground floor which provides coffee, tea, and fruit waters which is very lovely.
The bathroom was quite small, overall the facilities feels a bit old and not as clean as we expected. The bed was a bit sunk in the middle as well. Feels not worth the value of money especially during the peak season it's not a cheap option.
The building is too old, the rooms are too small.
Clean. Air conditioning works perfectly, it kept cold and kept quiet. No issues with the shower or toilet, everything worked. We had a safe box. Enough hangers and storage space. Good breakfast. Not at all varied, but it was good enough and we could depend on it. The staff was helpful and nice, we felt welcomed.
Very small room, maybe the smallest we've seen so far. We had to hoist our luggage in the air, above the furniture, just to get it on the other side of the bed, there was not enough space on the floor to just drag it. However, the rooms with street view are larger, we've peeked inside while they were being cleaned. Minuscule shower.
The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very nice and helpful. We loved the all day available coffee and refreshments at the entrance. The gathering area looked so cozy.
The rooms are a bit small, but this is expected in France.
