No usb charging ports in the room in 2023. Super noisy AC/Heater on the wall like in budget hotels. Parking can be difficult at night.

Even though the rooms have been updated, condition of hotel is poor. Broken elevators, hallways smell like smoke and are in poor condition. As far as "Marriott properties are concerned, this is way below par! Honestly, I would not pay more than $90 a night at this location. Heavy use of bleach on linen made my wife have an allergic reaction. Staff was friendly.

Cons (-) They charge for parking. It isn’t that uncommon but being upcharged at the last minute make you feel like you are getting ripped off. But worse, we paid $15/day and they ran out of spots in the parking lot. They had several business Christmas parties that day so those attendees used the parking lot at no charge. Pros (+) The hotel was right across from the falls. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was cleaned daily and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the hotel and plan on visiting again.

Cons (-) A little bit of a walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill, casino and other attractions. The otherarriott is slightly closer, even though it’s just across the street.

Pros (+) I stayed here for a week with my partner to visit family in the area and explore the falls. The Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were cozy with duvet blankets and big pillows. The room was a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Customer service was on point and staff was really friendly and accommodating.
