Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many noting positive experiences at breakfast and the convenience of the location. While some reviews highlighted clean and comfortable rooms, there were also several mentions of cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and maintenance problems such as broken elevators and outdated furnishings. Pros (+) Breakfast and bathroom amenities
Cons (-) Small bath towels, difficult to park, internet slow, pool empty.
Pros (+) Room & bathroom were generous size. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was different each day. Loved the cookies & milk @ night. Front desk was helpful, loaning us decks of cards & an envelope.
Cons (-) There was a small bloodstain on the sheet. The room AC blew directly on the bed & there was no way to adjust the vent. I miss having a table & chairs - now it's a desk.
