Pros:
The lady at Newcastle was extremely helpful and very friendly. Although the Lexus was smaller than I expected, the vehicle itself was comfortable, extremely clean and made my journey very pleasant. The drop off was very straight forward, although there wasn't any staff when I dropped the vehicle off in Aberdeen, and left the keys at the drop off letter box. Overall, I'd recommend Enterprise for hiring a vehicle in the future.Cons:
The vehicle category I had rented was the full size SUV, which states a Volvo XC60 or similar. The Lexus is much smaller than an XC60 and not a full size SUV. I think the vehicle categories should be described much more clearer.10.0 Wonderful

The car was OK and met my expectationsCons:
I agreed a hire cost with Kayak from the USA. When I picked-up the car I was told I had to pay an extra £21. When I argued that I had a contract they somewhat reluctantly said that an adjustment would be made when I returned the car. But when I returned the car the office was closed because of flooding problem according to the notice on the door! When I called the number I was told to just put the keys through the letterbox! Now I am very uncomfortable that the contract has been concluded in an appropriate and professional manner.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Great service, very accommodating. Easirent was the best experience I've had renting a car. Their overall reviews seem lackluster, so I don't know if it was the location I was at (Newcastle) or if they've stepped their game up. I would definitely use Easirent again, and would definitely recommend them.Cons:
My old qualm is that automatic costs a lot more than manual. I can drive manual, but my buddy couldn't. I was designated driver, which is a bit tiring when you're driving long distances.Firefly
