The staff were friendly and helpful.
The elevators look like something out of the 80's. Perhaps you could renovate a bit?
This is a gem of a hotel, great location, luxurious and comfy, restaurant and bar available. Not too big.
Could have refilled the bathroom amenities a bit quicker.
The At Conditioner wasn’t working properly. We called for service for the TV they took a long time to send a repair guy that my husband called them to cancel.
Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and temperature. Lovely doormen/concierge
Rey slow lifts. Reception staff courteous but not welcoming. Very expensive room service
Every thing was fine
Elevator s had a problem???
