Pictures of Queen rooms are for King rooms, Queen rooms are old not updated, disgusting moldy bathrooms. Hotel says it's not their problem that the wrong advertisement is out there and refuse to do anything about it.
Old bathrooms, broken tiles, mold and spots in the shower
Good location, few minutes walk from Soho.
The AC in the room only made noise, not actually worked. the staff kept on trying to make us upgrade so we can have a "renovated" room with a quiet and working AC (which is also two floors up - when there's no elevator in the hotel). wouldn't recommend it for a summer vacation in the city unless you go for the renovated rooms.
the hotel in general was very pretty and clean. the location is great, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. also the subway is easy to reach.
the room was very small, but looked nice. they would constantly ask (in emails beforehand and when checking in), if we wanted an upgrade (not for free if course). the AC, a window unit, was very loud.
Everything was great!
It doesn’t have an elevator and we were on the 4th floor!!
The mix between comfort, traditional and industrial design was surprisingly pleasing
