Cons:The staff seemed indifferent. The revolving door wasn't working, so we had to go in through side doors. The doormen (sometimes as many as three) just stood around watching, not helping at all with the doors, which were heavy. Breakfast in the lobby: we were seated and I asked the purpose seating us to bring coffee. He said the server would be right with us. After 5 minutes there was no server to been seen. Why didn't the person seating us just bring us coffee? Very mediocre attitude. This hotel was not at all worth the price we paid.
Cons:Service was terrible, our flight got delayed, we called to tel them know, when we got there they had charged us for the first night and they didnt have a room for us!!!! On top of the night manager on our last night was really rude... I will go to the St Regis next time...
