Around great sites like Carnegie Hall, Steven Colbert‘s Ed Sullivan theater, radio city music hall, Breakfast theater, Central Park, etc. Facilities were a little dated but very comfortable. Great staff!!!
Great location. Subway stations are only 1 minute walk away. Time square is 7 minute walk. Central Park is 4 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Pros:The location and the suites were amazing! It was an incredible value!

Cons:better elevators, no hot water one morning, poorly laid out room- door to bedroom in middle of room - hard to navigate
Pros:As a family of four traveling with an infant, we appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. A crib was provided as requested prior to our arrival. Two bathrooms and the kitchenette were useful. The location is central to subways, shopping, and the park. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Cons:The room we stayed in, #1716 was showing obvious wear. The nightstand, and living room tables were dinged and worn on top. The couch was stained. Also minor stains on the carpet. We stayed here frequently in the late 1990's and early 2000's and this room has not been renovated.
Cons:There were stains on the bed linen and dust cover, mattress was not the most comfortable.
Pros:Renovated suite with comfortable bed, 2 TV's, clean and very quiet. Perfect location, too

Cons:You feel as if you are in an old persons damp studio apartment paid for with government funding. The staff and location were great.
