Service was poor. The room was dirty!!!
Privacy was great
Great location easy access to everything
Was old is in need of remodeling
The location was placed well the concierge was knowledgeable and kind the staff member that checked me in was rude.
first room I was put in had dirt on the wall looked like sheets had been slept in and the vent was so dirty I couldn’t breathe due to allergies and asthma, and there was a black rim of dirt in the bathtub. The second room was better but the vent was still dirty, paint was chipped first night air conditioner worked then it went out and after telling the hotel it was not fixed
What I liked the best was that the staff was very nice and I was able to check in before 4:00 pm. The location was great and they were able to hold our luggage before check in and after check out.
For a boutique hotel it was nice. The rooms need a major overhaul. Furniture was outdated, beds hard as a rock. Pillows were next to nothing (not very comfortable) and you could see there was mold growing on the caulk in the shower.
