Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable beds were frequently mentioned as a positive aspect.
