Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access major attractions, subway stations, and restaurants. Many reviewers also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. However, opinions on room size, cleanliness, and value for price were mixed, with some guests finding the rooms small, outdated, or not as clean as expected, and a few mentioning that the hotel did not meet their expectations for the price paid. Overall, the location and service stood out as the main positives.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Valet greeted us with a smile, never once complained about the excessively heavy bags he mounted onto his cart-5 in all. Gave us pointers on what to check out while we were in NY. Receptionist was amazing as well. We arrived very early and she was able to get us right into a room! The room was small but nicely decorated and very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
