Bathroom toilet very noiseywould
Location is perfect. The other 2hotels we prefer we’re unavailable so we went with Night Theatre.
Elevators were abominably slow. Extremely annoying. Glad we were on the 2nd floor. Room was tiny. We expected that, but suitcase on windowsill or floor. Not even a chair for husband to work on in early morning. Everyday it was a game to see what we wouldn’t have-towels, cups, etc Staff ok. Never a hello or welcome back. Usually talking to each other Probably won’t return unless desperate. Sorry.
The location and the front desk staff were compassionate.
They tried to service recovery but I stayed three nights and had to change rooms three times. First the room was so small and has no closet and I have suits as I was traveling for work. The second room was nicer but when I woke up the bathroom was flooded and it was raining from the ceiling as the room above had flooded their bathroom. The third room was nice but after three moves I lost my iPad and was totally discombobulated! Not the best experience. The Manager was less than helpful. He gave me two free breakfasts and waved a very minimal entertainment fee. That was it!
I liked how central it was, it was so close to Central Park, it was ON Times Square so close to Rockefeller so close to everything couldn’t of asked for a better location the lobby is also very impressive
The lifts, honestly made us so angry they were so slow and small and not operated very well. We could be waiting 10 minutes for it and it would go to 9 then straight back down to the bottom, pretty frustrating.
It was perfect location so close to time square and within walking distance to almost everything I wanted so see
The work going on across the street
