Pros (+) The service was absolutely stellar. And the rooms themselves are truly gorgeous. Plush, comfortable living in New York.
Cons (-) Absolutely nothing wrong with where I stayed! No hiccups, I was well taken care of by the staff there. Aliana at the front desk is simply wonderful.
