The rooms are very small for 3 people. The bathroom has no storage area at all for toiletries. The location was great for transit, but the room was tight for 3 adults.

Pros (+) Close to park
Cons (-) Constrnext door from 7pm until 3am. Jackhammers were used. Front loader took heavy chunks of cement and dumped them in trash container in front of hotel. Louder than an airport.

Pros (+) Kenneth at the front desk was exceptional - friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable and suitable for a short stay in Manhattan. I thought the beds were comfortable, and the shades in the room fully blocked the view of other buildings.
Cons (-) No vending machine meant we had to go to the 24 hour deli next door - there were men sitting in the deli and I felt uncomfortable with them watching me while I made a purchase.
