Staff is very pleasant.
The friendliest hotel I have ever visited. All staff genuinely cares about the customers. Restaurant was delicious with great service. Room service on time. Very efficient hotel with a staff that makes you feel welcome. This will now be my go-to hotel when I’m the city.
Your pull out sofa was comfortable and more made up than your bed. Your shower was almost as nice as mine.
A television that said we had to stream Netflix from the app but that wouldn’t let us access the app. Same for Hulu. This is only partially on you because Netflix is partially responsible but you advertise saying one can do this and they can’t. That’s on you. Get a better tv. There are a dozen brands out there that this wouldn’t be a problem with. I don’t know who showed you how to make a bed but most people have a fitted sheet and a top sheet. You opted not to have a fitted sheet covering the mattress. I’ve stayed at dive motels in the most run down cities who had more complete beds. No trash cans? Where the hell do you dispose of trash? On the floor? In the corner? And prices. Really? $6 for two eggs. So, the price of an egg bought from a store is, if one gets expensive eggs, 25 cents. That’s after it’s been marked up. Probably at least triple keystoned. You are marking it up 12 times beyond that? Why? Certainly not because of extra effort. I couldn’t finish the eggs because of their off flavor. The last time I couldn’t finish eggs was in a cafe in Ohio where the eggs were literally grey. This goes for everything in your hotel. We made a price is right game to have friends come over and ridicule your prices. $45 for a condom when theirs a store a block away? What is wrong with you? You require a room key for the elevator. But you have two sets of buttons and only a sensor on one side. That makes no sense. So, what, you have someone else scan their card so you can push the other buttons. That defeats the purpose you’ve set up there. Why would you do that? Lastly, no coat hangers? One day in a hardware store and I could vastly improve your rooms. It’s devoid of sense that a hotel of your standard would be lacking some of these things. Thinking back, I’m really feeling this was not worth the stay. What did you provide? Security? No. A made bed? No. Usable amenities? No. Entertainment? No. Good food? No. Cleanliness? No. Why use you then?
having a sitting room in addition to a bedroom was fantastic! The service was very good also, staff went out of their way to help decorate our makeshift Christmas tree/ branch- very sweet ☺️
The beds were too soft for us- kept rolling into the middle, waking up with a sore back
Epic breakfast and very friendly and welcoming staff!
