Very comfortable and pretty hotel
I liked the decor, the gym address was very nice, the pool was spectacular, and I appreciated that there was an actual restaurant downstairs to order food from.
it was a little too pricey for me to stay there if I were not there on business
Good time in New Orleans
The hotel was clean, comfortable and very accessible to excellent restaurants. The staff was also very accommodating and professional. I will certainly stay here again when we come to visit my daughter.t
The ice machine was not working on our floor nor the floor below. Neither was the drink machine.
Good spot
Good service. Attentive. Good bar and food.
Valet parking $45. After tips $50-60 per day for 3 days?
Front desk staff, great location, cool vibe
The front desk staff was so nice! The night we were there - there was a fashion show in the attached art gallery. The vibe of the place is very cool and hip.
Clean lobby.
Room came with only 2 towels even though we indicated that we would have four people in the room. We had to ask sever times for towels. When we arrived at the room, there was trash in the waste baskets from a previous guest. On the day of our departure, housekeeping rang the doorbell at 8 am to see if we were checking out. The concierge had very few suggestions for rainy day activities.
An Overall Great Stay
I loved the location - only a block from Harrah's/Poydras, nearby lots of great bars and restaurants. The hotel was really nice and I loved all of the artwork. The room was also very nice.
The bellhop broke a $50 bottle of Baileys, so I had to walk about 10 blocks in the heat to purchase another bottle, then had to walk another 10 blocks to my car to get the receipt from the first bottle, then walk all the way back to the hotel. They reimbursed me for both bottles, but it would have been nice if they would have taken care of this in another way. A free meal at Legacy would have made up for their mistake.
Very nice place, friendly staff
Great value for a nice hotel. Very clean, nice lobby, good cafe downstairs and nice but small roof top pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to restaurants & bars and a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter.
Great Value
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. The hotel is just outside of the french quarter so it's a bit quieter, but still within in walking distance.
The window in our room looked out into the center of the hotel which was a bit odd.
Bed was very comfortable. Amenity spaces were clean, large and designed well. Roof top pool!!!!
Staff was rude. Having a rooftop pool in itself is amazing, but the area could use some modernization
Great staff!
Everyone was very helpful. The staff offered advice on local restaurants, places to run, and places to grab a drink. The artwork is beautiful, it's very clean and has worry free parking.
Very clean property
Small room, tiny bathroom, charged extra for everything!! (Gift shop was way overpriced in an area where no convenience store exist), they wanted $13 a day for wifi!!!
Location. Great staff. The restaurant was very good. The decor was very appealing and pleasant.
Internet was pricey and was subpar. A hotel like this should be offering complimentary high-speed internet for the price of the rooms.
