Cons (-) The service was not indicative of a 4 star hotel. Multiple times during our trip, our key card stopped working or would not open the hotel back door. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent to our problems and provided excuses to us.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially at the front desk. Many found the rooms spacious and appreciated the overall atmosphere and decor. However, there were several complaints about uncomfortable beds, cleanliness issues such as odors and stained linens, as well as problems with air conditioning and heating in some rooms. Valet and parking were frequently mentioned as expensive or inconvenient, and there were occasional issues with service coordination and amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and staff made for a generally pleasant stay for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Outstanding service
Cons (-) More coffee in the room.
Pros (+) Not much. The service was ok.
Cons (-) Terrible beds. And the worst blankets I have seen yet in a hotel. The pillows were also terrible.
