Cons (-) The service was not indicative of a 4 star hotel. Multiple times during our trip, our key card stopped working or would not open the hotel back door. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent to our problems and provided excuses to us.

Cons (-) Terrible beds. And the worst blankets I have seen yet in a hotel. The pillows were also terrible.
