I would love to visit in the winter and just sit outside and read there. Was a bit too hot to do so mid July haha. Joe was really generous about sharing information about Natchez with us, and well informed on the history too. His piano playing was beautiful and he was so flexible and accommodating timing wise on scheduling the concert, breakfast, check out and check in. I really have no complaints and would gladly stay again.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Roach on wall
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff members were all very pleasant and helpful.
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great. Lots of variety of items. Hot and cold items were great.
Cons: We asked for an earlier arrival time but actually never heard from hotel. We arrived approximately 1.5 hrs. after check in time. Check in was quick. Room was located on the 4th floor. There were no towels in the bathroom . Also the couch had a yellow stain that looked like vomit or urine. We did not sit on the cushions. I called the desk and the maid quickly brought towels. She explained that the stain was there for several weeks but even after washing the blue cushion, it could not be removed. She said that the stain was from silly putty slime. We could move to another room but it would take time. The grandchildren were eager to get to the pool, so we declined the move. Needless to say, this stay was not up to par. This is the 4th time that my family has stayed at Holiday Inn Express and the first time we had issues.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were a great size. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful

7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel was very clean and not noisy at all. Great location. Would have been a great experience if pool wouldn't have been so nasty.
Cons: The pool was very very nasty! The heat in Mississippi is so hot during the summer it would have been great to cool of after a long day outside.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was comfortable. I would stay there again if I had to.
Cons: The only professional staff was Monique at front desk. I think that's her name. Black girl, dressed professionally and acted like a professional. The other staff needs to learn from her. I did not have a horrible experience or anything it would just help if all staff was professional. Our room was okay, I do not like the coffee maker (I hate Keurig) and the microwave was missing a turn plate. Other than that things were okay.
8.0 Excellent

Pros: The staff were excellent especially kitchen staff. Food quality great. Service perfect.
Cons: I reserved a room not knowing it was the overflow building, my sister for the same price was placed in the main hotel and she booked after me. When looking for my glasses and critters (door to the outside, lots of grass, left unlocked by staff) under the bed was filthy. Trash and dirt. The bed nearest the air conditioning unit sinks in the middle.

Cons: No room service (as advertised on website), room keys wouldn't work, microwave in room didn't work, toilet didn't flush, and there were a dozen or more children (8-10yrs old) in the bar/lounge at night so that ADULTS who wanted to sit in the bar to drink and relax, were unable to do so because there were no chairs/tables available.

There was nobody else, she said that maybe her secretary did this. Further she did not know. After a half hour having a discussion, we went away and find an other hotel nearby. Also she mentioned that the photos of the side on booking.com were not the same but from another bed & breakfast.

Pros: The room was wonderful- very quiet even though we were facing the street. Bed was very comfortable l.
Cons: The breakfast was not a B&B breakfast - it was a motel serve yourself - we normally love B&B breakfasts - so was disappointed. Front desk staff gave us the key and that was all - no other info - which I had to ask - from getting into building after hours to breakfast time.
