Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, with staff frequently going out of their way to accommodate requests and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast receives high marks for its variety and quality, often featuring both Japanese and Western options. The location is praised for its convenience to local attractions, particularly for sightseeing.
