Cons (-) Cheap hotel, expensive drinks, bad food, not sure what the resort fee is for, parking $30, better off at the ritz or other resort for around the same money except you get the better service.

Pros (+) Everything was great from the room to the beach. Very clean and friendly staff for the most part. Had an amazing vacation will return.
Cons (-) $25 for an umbrella rental? Are you kidding me? And $18 for a Hennessy? $28 a night for parking? Also, if you're going to charge $25 a person for breakfast please have some more variety! Other than that my stay was amazing. I just know next time to be more prepared i.e. Bring my own umbrella, drinks, etc.

Cons (-) Why are there extra charges to use the facilities that have no way for you to "opt out". Do tell me the room rate is 175/night and then add $60 to use the pool, beach.

Pros (+) My daughters and I come every year to Naples and stay at Naples Grande. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The location is great. It's just a short walk (or ride - transportation provided) to the beach. Ten minutes to 5th Avenue for great dining and 20 minutes to Miromar Outlets for off-price shopping. We always have a wonderful time.

Pros (+) From start to finish the Naples Grande Resort provided an excellent experience for our whole family. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and the pool is great for kids and adults.

Pros (+) Great location. All employees extremely accommodating and polite. Adult only pools in addition to main pool area. Service was generally excellent.
Cons (-) Bad experience at the bar. Area not properly staffed for number of guests one Monday evening. Were unable to get ordered food because of chaos. Staff did nothing to control a very noisy group of four who made it impossible to have a quiet drink in a very nice area.
