Pros (+) Convenient to beach and restaurants
Cons (-) Breakfast was overpriced and ordinary. No weekend newspapers.
Pros (+) Nice people, really good pool and jacuzi.
Cons (-) The beds were a little bit hard, no free breakfast, and a little expensive on the items sold at the hotel.
Pros (+) Looking for a place to stay that was reasonable, clean, and safe. Found it!! We spend much time out of the room so didn't want to spend big $. Close to Loudermilk Park, 5th Ave., and short drive to Lover's Key. We would stay here again.
Pros (+) Bath was nicely remodeled and furnishings seemed fresh.
Cons (-) Air conditioning/heater unit delivered a moldy/dusty smell so I turned it off right away. You might ask for a fresh air filter when reserving. Carpet was very worn, light switch didn't work. One of two elevators was out-of-service for new flooring and we waited 10 minutes for the other which was apparently held open.
