Pros (+) Staff, Danielle, tried to make up for the rude, unhelpful staff. She was great.
Cons (-) Room not ready at 3:00pm which is listed as the check in time. Desk person was rude and made us feel like we were at fault for being early. Told her we would wait in the lobby for our room. She went off duty and didn't pass on the message. Put the wrong room number on the paper check in form. Didn't get in our room until after 4pm.
Cons (-) Need to improve cleanses and amenities provided.
Pros (+) Convenient location (in town would be nicer, but for the price it's hard to argue with a few minute drive). Large, clean room, good bed, excellent shower, lots of convenient parking. Really, nothing to complain about. Would stay there again without hesitation.
Pros (+) We arrive late and had missed the wine reception but the receptionist gave us 2 glasses of wine we could take up to the room. She then provided us with tons of information and recommendations. We took her recommendations and do not regret it one bit, for ashort stay in Napa I feel like we got the best of everything.
Pros (+) For being a no-frills type of hotel, I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and they even have a pool. Considering most visits to Napa include busy days wine tasting and evenings spent trying new delicious restaurants, I don't find that I need much more from a hotel than what the Napa Winery Inn has to offer.
Pros (+) Room was a good size, clean, comfy bed. the staff, location, and value are excellent!
Cons (-) VERY outdated decor, bathroom doors, and ac/heater unit. Upgrades would help lift the overall ambiance.
Pros (+) I'd say this is one rung above a motel, if that's what you're looking for and in Napa during high season this is your place. Staff was very friendly. Great location.
Cons (-) Hair dryer was not attached to the wall (as it should have been, it was one of those hotel hair dryers) so it slipped all over the counter and overheated 3x while drying hair. Towels are old and ragged. Toilet seat was stained and old.
Pros (+) The comp wine and cheeses apon arrival and breakfast was good. Staff was really nice.
Cons (-) Nothing was all great value for your money.
