Cons: We returned late from visiting family and our room wasn’t cleaned and all the front desk could offer was a few towels and washcloths. Breakfast ends too early at 9:30am and they don’t offer any room service even though it’s listed.

Cons: My room cleanliness was pitiful. The AC was permanently set at 75 degrees. There was lube all over one of the nightstands. The bathroom sink was dirty. A half used bottle of shampoo left in the shower. The room chair was nasty dirty. TV didn't work, etc

Cons: Staff has gone totally downhill. Zero customer service and a $100 deposit charged now which was taken both in cash and put on my card with a 2 week wait to get my doubly charged money back on my card. Phone call to a manager went unanswered.

Pros: I love the layout of the units, the furniture placement of everything the beds were super comfortable and I felt very at ease when I was there.
Cons: On the coldest day of the year, I had one day in between two different reservations there that I had a tough time meeting their daily rate and I was being paid at midnight that night, the head manager came around with security to my door three times.

Pros: The reception in the morning, prior to check out, was friendly, professional and the breakfast was great. It was a welcome depature from what we experience on arrival. The lady handling the breakfast are took her time informing us of all our options and the service there was first class.
Cons: The reception upon arrival was cold. We were initially overcharged and provided a room we didn't request. We booked one King size bed room and where given 2 queen size beds. When we brought this to the attention of the receptionist we were told straight off that their were no King size beds and we could refuse to stay if we so insist.

The brand new Super 8 in Mt Laurel, NJ is located immediately off of the NJ Turnpike at exit 4. We are also within 2 miles to I-295, Rt 38 and just off Rt 73 on Fellowship Rd. Our neighbors include Cherry Hill, Marlton, and Philadelphia. Attractions located nearby are The Camden Aquarium, Sahara Sams, Moorestown Mall, Philadelphia Sports Complex, and historic Philadelphia. Our new hotel features our all the amenities you expect from Super 8 including Wireless High Speed Internet and a Free Superstart breakfast daily. In addition, we offer meeting facilities with on site catering, an arcade/game room, and a coin op laundry facility and the unique Innov8te room design.

Cons: The hotel is under construction and I was put in the room with the demo dumpster at the window. It was loud when they threw stuff in. My view was of a dumpster for 3 days. I specifically asked for a quiet location. I was also at the end of the hall where the door is not soft close so it slammed all night and all day long. It was the worst stay I've had. My room was not changed.

Cons: There was construction going on. I could hear the banging on the third floor from my first floor room a bit after 7 a.m. . The next morning at 6:30 a.m. I was awakened spy two men chattering loudly just in front of my window. I don't know if they were construction crew before starting the shift or rude guests, but I do suggest that if you stay here, make sure construction is completed and that you asked for a room that's not on the first floor in the front of the building.

Pros: It was very clean, probably the number one priority. The handicapped accessible suite had plenty of room for my daughter's wheelchair. The bed was comfortable. The pool which bordered our room was appropriately vacated at 10 pm as advertised, and the room was nice and quiet. Cons: The Homewood Suites was a wonderful place to stay. Great for travelers with a family or for people that need a little extra room to stretch out. The Mount Laurel facility is located on a blind curved road so it could be a bit dangerous to walk off of the grounds. But over all, it's fantastic having a beautiful shopping mall surround the hotel. The Homewood Suites is definitely 2 thumbs up.

Pros: It was very clean, probably the number one priority. The handicapped accessible suite had plenty of room for my daughter's wheelchair. The bed was comfortable. The pool which bordered our room was appropriately vacated at 10 pm as advertised, and the room was nice and quiet. The staff was super friendly: 3 housekeepers greeted me as I left the room in the morning.

Pros: What I like best is, everything is very clean and tidy when you get there witch is a huge deal to me and my family!
Cons: Our top stove only had one burner that worked so cooking for my family was not fun at all. It took 3 times longer to cook everything. I wish they had a safe there to put our belongings in for extra security! I also wish they had vacuums in the rooms.

Pros: I had a 2 bedroom suite the rooms were very spacious. Also liked the fact that the bathroom linen were stocked very well. Didnt have to call for extra.
Cons: I didnt like the elevator it was very old and slow. Also didnt like that the pool area wasnt stocked with towels. Fitness area didnt have any cups for water. And the breakfast area was completely disgusting. No hand sanitizer close by to clean your hands and food wasnt coming out fast enough.

Cons: I would just suggest the bigger rooms to have a bigger table. Stay in a suite first night, had a big table. Stayed in the two bedroom second night and had a 2 person small table. Didn’t make sense to me, but other than that the kids and I loved the facility.
