The price and location
The property is is not maintained well, our room was filthy, our towels were dirty.

I liked being close to businesses.
There's not enough room to write. Drugs were my main issue. Staff didn't care when you told them. If you're a doper, looking to buy, it a cop looking for a bust, this is the place for you!

In its day I'm sure it was a pleasant complex but that was a LONG time ago. Very sketchy appearance. Nice bed and clean enough but the ceiling was peeling away and there was no blanket on the bed, only a very thin blanket to go with the very thin towels in the bathroom. I tried to call front desk for wifi password and NO ONE answered for over two hours!! Got a 6 am wake up call that was not ordered from me!! Just not a good experience at all! Beware!

Friendly staff. Zero maintenance here.
Avoid this motel. I've stayed here several times because it's close to the stadium. It has gotten progressively worse.The light switch didn't work nor did the TV. The door was near impossible to lock. I reported it but nothing was done. Condoms and condom wrappers were in the drawer. $ 148.00 and I was afraid to sleep in the bed!
