The first room I was given had not been cleaned! Beds weren’t made, trash lying around, and bathroom was dirty. When I went to the front desk to tell them the lady took my keys, got on the computer to find me a new room, handed me new key cards and said “here’s your new room!” Didn’t even apologize! I make mistakes daily, but I always try to apologize to make it right. She didn’t even acknowledge me.
Whomever designed the bathroom layout should be fired. Sitting on the toilet, not even Wilt Chamberlin could reach the toilet paper. The faucet location on the sink is terrible.
