Pros (+) The staff helped immediately when the air conditioned of our room failed during a heat wave. Rooms are /very/ large and equipped with a complete kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets are top quality. Sound proof is another plus: living in NYC I /truly/ appreciated it.

Pros (+) The staff were friendly and professional, the room was very spacious and well maintained, and its location was just minutes away from stations! Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and if we have another opportunity, we will stay here again!
Cons (-) One of the two TVs in our room didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal.
