The view was excellent!
Construction made it difficult to get in and out. We would have liked a discount because there was no pool available.
Michael at the front desk was so kind . It’s a beautiful hotel . Rooms were very clean .
Great location, nice staff and good amenities.
The fitness centre could be improved with better equipment. The work being done on the entrance to the hotel made finding the lobby confusing.
The staff were friendly and super helpful. They upgraded our room to one with a view of the Montreal en Lumière for free. We could see performances from our tenth floor room! The room was clean and a decent size for our family of four. The hotel was really in the perfect location for everything we wanted to walk to. We used the swimming pool and it was clean and the lifeguards were nice. I would definitely stay there again
didn't know about the construction before arriving - that was only confusion. All else was wonderful.
