Pros (+) Proximity to Montreal. It was a great and accessable neighbourhood.Very safe. good restaurants in area.
Cons (-) Stairs. Sauna didn't work, one exercise machine was down. That matters when you only have one of each.

Parking is $27 CA per night which is a bit steep, but I found a much cheaper option about 0.2-0.3 miles away at indigo parking garage (1250 rue guy). We tried to sleep through it the first night but couldn't deal with how hot it was.
