Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access downtown and local attractions. The staff received many compliments for being friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms. Pros (+) Room was clean and spacious. Looked newly updated. Fireplace was a nice touch. Staff was accommodating.
Cons (-) Hot tub was closed for social distancing but easily could have been open by appt or limited to one household at a time. Pool was “heated” but kids still got too cold to swim after about 10 minutes in it. Outside temp was 70 degrees so it wasn’t freezing outside.

Pros (+) A nice room in a good location. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was really nice and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) My room was upgraded to a fireplace room but there was not a way to turn on the gas to light the fireplace. I am sure I could have called down and they would have sent a key for the gas. It seemed to be too much trouble at the time.
