Pros (+) Room was clean and spacious. Looked newly updated. Fireplace was a nice touch. Staff was accommodating.
Cons (-) Hot tub was closed for social distancing but easily could have been open by appt or limited to one household at a time. Pool was “heated” but kids still got too cold to swim after about 10 minutes in it. Outside temp was 70 degrees so it wasn’t freezing outside.

Pros (+) A nice room in a good location. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was really nice and the bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) My room was upgraded to a fireplace room but there was not a way to turn on the gas to light the fireplace. I am sure I could have called down and they would have sent a key for the gas. It seemed to be too much trouble at the time.
