Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight that rooms are generally clean and staff is often described as friendly and helpful. However, many guests experienced significant noise issues, particularly from thin walls, loud surroundings, and pool areas, which affected their ability to rest. Several reviewers found the value for the price lacking, citing high costs, especially for parking and breakfast, and felt that the hotel did not always meet expectations for the price paid. While cleanliness and service were usually satisfactory, some guests noted inconsistent housekeeping and service quality. Parking was also a recurring issue due to high fees or difficulty finding spaces.

Using the booking agency was okay... my reservation was not confirmed with the hotel until the day I arrived and after multiple calls to the booking agency. Because my booking was prepaid, using the booking agency, I was not able to take advantage of any of the benefits of being a Hilton Honors Rewards member...that was not cool.

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) We prepaid for the room online and upon our 8pm arrival we were informed that we were "lucky" that our room was still available (what!?). Once in our room, we found that the toilet was broken; water ran all night, even after maintenance "fixed" the issue at 11pm. The shower was broken. So no baths for us! We informed the desk and they offered to let us shower in another room the next morning - har...
