8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, very comfortable. Pools lovely. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Air con very good in the rooms- essential when it was so hot. Food very nice, we only ate in evening once as didn’t want a 5 course meal every night. Breakfasts are superb. The bus to Padua is from right outside the hotel, so we often went there in the evening for an aperitif and to eat. Montegrotto itself is very quiet and in August a lot was closed. There are very few restaurants if you are not wanting to eat in the hotel. However it is a brilliant location with easy, inexpensive train links to lots of places. Venice/ Verona/ Bologna/ Vicenza all within about an hour.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: superb breakfast, lovely thermal pool complex. bus outside the door to Padua, train station 15 mins walk for train to venice.
Cons: summer is low season in this town, so Montegrotto itself was very quiet in July - August. But such easy access to Padua and other cool cities meant this wasn't a problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent, the room was great, had a really relaxing and chilled time. Loved the thermal spa and outdoor pool. Great breakfast.
Cons: Mosquitos...Lots of little biters around the area...be prepared.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff always keen to help.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Big pool.Nice park.Good parking place.Very clean rooms Pollite stuff And the mosti impresing ,music under water for perfect relax in the pool
Cons: Same ,but not bad breakfirst every day and only cherry paradise as fresh vegetable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The water temperature and the underwater music. Excellent breakfast. Cleanliness Comfort
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden around the hotel, very inviting swimming pools with thermal, warm water. Excellent social space (even special room for card players with typical green tables ...). Fantastic, sumptuous breakfast in the garden, good drinks in the bar.
Cons: I would appreciate extension of timing for enjoying thermal pools into evening hours. Advice for those who as myself are planning evening visits in nearby Padova - better go by car, since evening bus connections between Montegrotto and Padova are very, very few ....
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excelent spa with real thermal waters. Clean and serious people.
Cons: Internet connection has a lot to improve.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice, friendly straff. Fantastic pool area with a warm pool. Balcony with a nice view. An amazing breakfast outdoors.
Cons: Most information was available in italian, german, french and english, but in a few cases english was missing.

7.5 Good
Pros: The garden, restaurants, bar and salons are all elegant and agreeable. The gardens are well kept. Spacy rooms. The pools are numerous and well kept. Relaxing atmosphere. Private parking space
Cons: Lack of available towels for Sauna and Pool!!! Short time span for dinner, accounting for a somewhat hectic atmosphere. Pools are quite hot, there is no pool with a temperature for sportiv swimming.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really nice environment, nice and supportive staff, good swimming pools, outstanding kitchen, large rooms, partially covered parking places.
Cons: Swim cap is mandatory in swimming pools.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: Relaxing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a bit old style now but very clean and very nice, very good area located and no car needed at all as you can enjoy the area with a bicycles or walking as everything is very local. Food in a restaurant is nice and good but if you want something different you can find local restaurants. Breakfast is good too and is big enough choise of food you can find to eat. All the swimming pools indoor and outdoor is very good with Jacuzzis and bubbly beds ,lots of sundbeds around and the main thing if you don't want to go anywhere just stay in a hotel and relax you can walk everywhere just in your bathrobe.
Cons: Only one think I didn't like there is miss english speakers in wellness centre and if you want to book a treatment is a bit difficult. They offering a big choise of treatments but not proper able to explain exactly what is about. And surprisingly not even ask the client what is you type of skinn before start do any treatment.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location in Thermal zone. The italien style featuring the palace of Rome.. the very attentive and friendly personal. The swimming thermal pool AND the most amazing Grotto Hamam i have seen
Cons: Too much « heavy » food

Cons: There was nothing at all to find any fault with what sievert
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good atmosphere, perfect SPA and really good luncheon and dinner - dishes and mood. Very helpful personnel speaking Italian, English, French and German.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice driveway, great entrance. Nice Swimmingpools. Good breakfast. Spacious room.
Cons: Relaxing area outside is relatively small and not in a very green environment. The hotel feels a bit outdated. The room was sold as refurbished, but did not feel that way. Expected a bit more value for money.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I did like everything. Very nice hotel, clean, stuff is the best, super swimming pool, good place to relax, the train station is very near (trains are driving very frequently and takes you to Bologna, Venice and other places). Also area is nice, calm and safe.
Cons: Just one tip. If it is possible go to hotel during week days, because on weekend can be a lit bit of crowdy at the swimming pool. But also not so terrible. But it is always better if there are less people.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good thermal facilities, open until 11 p.m. which definitely good for relax after a day of sightseeing. Ample buffet breakfast. Free aperitif on Saturdays. Rooms and facilities are clean.
Cons: The room (we booked the improved double) was totally different from the one presented for this category in booking.com - see the attached photo. Our request to give us the room like in the photo was declined by the reception. Breakfast is the same every day, makes you really bored soon. Inadequate choice of vegetables.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Open air thermal and swimming pool open until 11pm. Room spacious and had a large terrace.
Cons: Location far from city center. Dinner buffet was at best mediocre. Room needs refurbishment. Hotel has retro feeling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was our second stay in this hotel. Very good value for money for the hotel with thermal pools and SPA. Friendly personal, very clean rooms and environment.Big and free parking for travelers by car. Nice location in 5 min of walk from the train station for one-day trips to Venice, Verona, Padova, Ferrara, Bologna and small & nice towns of Veneto. Excellent dinners with nice and various Italian meals, thanks to chief! Thanks a lot to all personal of Terme Delle Nazioni and especially – to Tatiana at the reception!
6.3 Good
Pros: Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly front desk staff. Early check-in was possible. Plenty of power sockets in the room.
Cons: I stayed in a single occupancy room for 3 nights. Air conditioning was very poor if useful at all. No curtain/barrier that seperates the shower area from the rest of the bathroom therefore water sprays onto everywhere, and I ended up with a roll of toilet paper very wet which happens to be located right next to the bath tub. Very small room for single occupancy. Pool water very warm, rather too warm maybe through geological reasons in the region.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, quiet, close to the railway station. Abundant breakfast with prosecco. Very friendly lady serving in a pool bar where we had dinner. Good pools and spa. Wifi. Parking. The reception staff who gave us the room on the last floor. Staff is quiet helpful - printed boarding pass, gave the trains timetable. Nice to communicate with them. Thankx to staff I prolonged my stay for 1 night more.
Cons: I was upset with opening time of the pools. In the previous reviews it was said they are opened since 7.30. I chose that hotel due to the early time of opening. When we arrived we got info that pools are opened since 9.00 am. The thermal facilities in the pools are a bit limited (no Kneipp path, no contrast showers). Economy 15 m room is a bit shabby. Bidet in a bathroom is 3 holes where water goes out - so not easy to "catch". The price for that double economy room (with the bidet of this type) was 152 EUR per night. Expensive for this category.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was really nice and clean, lots of light, airconditioner was really good. As we were with children, they were in another room but there were connected doors, which was more than expected. Train stationis there,350m, direct train to Venice, only 40 min. Really comfortable. Really nice pools, lot of room for taking sun. Really recommend to families. Staff was extremely warm and welcoming.
Cons: Everything was perfect!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved that the pools were open until 11pm, giving us plenty of time to eat dinner, digest and then go swim a little more. The massage therapists, the bar tenders and the reception ladies are such nice people, polite and caring. the hotel, per se, is very elegant with quality furniture, a nice hall with a beautiful dinner saloon, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. There are 2 pools, one is warm, that starts inside and then connects outside, the other is outside temperature, in this very pretty garden very well maintained. Inside and outside there are plenty of pool loungers to lay down. 3 different saunas. massages and other services were not too expensive.
Cons: I did not particularly disliked something, just when we got in the room we missed a pair of those slides they offer but we communicated it and the cleaning lady provided us with one immediately. The sink in the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned properly as there was some dust and a hair but it was not a big deal for us. One thing to keep in mind is that the massages and other services are not included.
7.9 Good
Pros: Generally it's fine
Cons: poor quality dinners, all under older people

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything: nice hotel, best room I ever had with garderobe, pools with different temperature, lunch and dinner food(excelent!!!), staff perfect care, free parking, working aircondition, big bathroom, comfortable bed, dogs friendly, etc...
Cons: Cofee at breakfast (cofee at bar was perfect), communicate in english
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent spa, many helpful staff members. The decor was fresh, timeless & classic. The spa personnel, especially receptionist (Luisa) were wonderful! The dining staff & chef went to great effort to provide Celiac safe & tasty meals. The best was gluten free fritti di mare & also Tiramisu. Thank you everyone.
Cons: Pool area was poorly organized with space available for people there for only a few days limited & poorly explained. There seemed to be mass seat saving with little actual chair occupancy. The clientele was almost exclusively German. Lap swimming area was never observed by most guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, in a quiet place near cycle and walking paths, very near the centre and 10min walk from the railway station. Rooms and the hotel itself, as well as all the pool areas, are exceptionally clean. Restaurant service is fantastic, with a great choice of healthy and delicious meals. Staff is always ready to help. I have stayed in other hotels in Montegrotto many times, and would confidently say that this hotel is the best value for money, and certainly one of the best in terms of service. Will definitely book again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything food, huge pools , service
Cons: Nothing all great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cozy hotel. Beautiful interior. Very polite and helpful staff. Room with balcony. Delicious and varied food. Wonderful location of the hotel. I really want to stay in this hotel again and again.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and the dinner have been exquisite. Also the thermal pools are great for swimming and relaxing.
Cons: the rooms could need a renovation, the standard is like 20 years before.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent services, it's a three stars hotel, but could definitely have another star! The rooms and the common places are kept very clean. The garden is big and well mantained. Four outside pools. Amazing choice of food, every day a different menù for lunch and dinner. The suites are spacious. You can even choose a pillow from a list. The staff is really kind and professional. Huge choice of different SPA treatments.
Cons: Just some minor details: The service at the restaurant is quite slow, but that's not such a problem as it's place you will visit to relax and also enjoy the excellent food. The lighting in the rooms could be improved, if you use the table to work there is a lack of light for reading. The mattresses are a little bit hard. I will appreciate if there it will be the possibility of keeping the bathroom towels for more than one day and if they fix the toilet flush in order to save some precious water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel. Wonderful service. Very nice atmosphere. Would like to stay again in this hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, convenient and easy parking, excellent breakfast, comfortable room with everything needed.
Cons: It would be nice to have swimming pools open at least one hour longer, until 8.00PM...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, spotless clean, including the pool area, nice breakfast, bathrobe and slippers were provided as well. Staff was very kind and most helpful - reception, waiters and cleaning ladies. Upon my query I could check out later, which was really convenient, as I could take time to go to the pool on the day of my departure. The reception staff was also, willing to help me with on line check in for my plane ticket. The hotel is very well located, in the main street (yet quiet), with restaurants, shops and caffes, some 10 min on foot from the railway station.
Cons: Everything was fine, except that the pool could remain open a bit later in the evening. so that if you go to visit Padova or the vicinity, you can still make it to the pool.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent clean facilities, staff polite and helpful, swimming pool spacious and quiet. Large grounds to rest up and read a book left in the shade. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Highly recommended for quality, price and comfort.
Cons: Check out a little too early

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Swimming pool
Cons: The worst thing is one staff working at the reception. She is the racist!! I think The hotel doesn’t need Asian customers!!! I felt very angry and she ruined my trip!
7.5 Good
Pros: This was the 4th time that we stayed at Eliseo Terme, obviously as a family we enjoyed our previous stays. We really like to prepare fresh juices in the morning. The selection for breakfast is good and we like the pools, specially the newest pool is lovely. We really enjoy to be til late in the pool (closing at 23hrs).
Cons: As other times, our complaint is about the pillows, there should be a choice of high/low or hard/soft options. The low soft option as unique is not the best one. This time we encountered LESS FRIENDLY staff than usual. Our first experience was that we were asked to leave in the middle to the morning 10:30 am the newest pool by the man responsible of cleaning, he didn't give any explanation neither an apology. In my previous three visits it didn't happen something similar, usually all the cleaning takes place during the night. If there was an emergency for cleaning as costumer you are expected a proper notice with its corresponding apology for interrupting the service. Then I was using the bike inside the swimming pool and without previous explanation or apology I was asked to get off of it and it was removed from the swimming pool and I noticed a really bad mood from the instructor. These two incidents happened in less than 40 minutes from each other and I went to complaint at the reception. To my surprise I wasn't given at all an apology instead I was challenged with my complaints. They told me at reception that the cleaning incident was going to be shortly resolved but it took one and a half hours for the swimming pool to be available. And about the request of getting off the bike I was told that it was solely used during some activities supervised by the instructor, then it was my turn to apologise for my reaction but I pointed out that nowhere was written the rules for using the bike, and I got as answer that neither it was written to use it. Here as costumer I felt COMPLETELY DOWN, because at the breakfast room, there is not written to use the clean plates to place the food on them, but as guests in a hotel it is assumed that the plates are for using them, the same as the bike. I am not sure if there will be a fifth stay at Eliseo Terme with my family.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is the 4th time that we stay in this hotel. We really like how clean it is and the pools. The pools are opened until 23hrs so it is really good if you get late in the evening. Breakfast selection is great with savoury and sweet food.
Cons: The pillow was too low for my husband and me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely pleasant hotel staff! We were travelling with a baby - they treated us with extra care: fast service, special food, friendliness...
Cons: Hotel is in phase of renovation - room 201 which was initially offered to us doesn't meet the standard (should be renovated). After complaint we received a much better room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Eye-filling design of public spaces including the pool area and the front yard. Amiable and helpful staff. They organized us a comfortable and inexpensive transfer from/to the airport. Superior singles are spacious with stylish furniture but located on the 2nd floor and have no balcony, it’s a problem to dry swimsuits and towels. Double rooms are on the upper floors, have balconies, some of them facing the Hills and the Dome and this view is really splendid! The furniture is new. The wifi is fast and stable. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station to travel to Padova, Venice, Monselice. A bus and touristic train stop to Abano Terme is quite near the hotel. The thermal pools are large with enough number of sunbeds around, open from 8 am till 11 pm! Special dinner events arranged at the hotel on Sundays and Wednesdays (traditional local food, live music and dancing) are some kind of entertainment for elderly guests.
Cons: Breakfasts are basic (good bake but a great lack of fresh fruit and vegetables). Lunches and dinners offer rather manifold choice of dishes including seafood but very simple desserts. The waiters were very slow, except one senior lady, so it always took a lot of time to have our meal. The fixed time of dinner at 19.30 is not quite convenient if you come back from your trip to Venice or Padova.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location on one of the main streets with choices of bars and excellent restaraunts. Staff always friendly. Good wifi in hotel and rooms. Good pools. Big room. Good value for price paid.
Cons: Breakfast was poor, and same everyday. There was seperate cream, jam, chocolate crossiants, and one with all three, but not a plain choice? Bacon was often cold and sometimes inedible! Hot food and coffee machine placed together in high traffic areas. Meat not good quality, cheese not replished and fruit choice was from tins (not fresh). Bed/pillow not particularly comfortable. Room was in an older part of the hotel and not like pictures, and next to the doctors office. Noisy chatty guests would gather in the mornings waiting to be seen. Lighting not great. Flip flops and shower cap mandatory for using all pools. Seems to attract the much older age group. Majority of French, German and Italian guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff is incredible, especially in the restaurant. They make you feel really comfortable. Pools are great and it's great that they are open till 11 p.m.
Cons: Walls are too thin and it's very noisy in the morning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The Swimming Pools and the wellness area were great; breakfast was fine. The room was standard, nothing special. But i think i got a non-renovated room. Overall i was satisfied with my stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: All the jets of water were working. As it was the last weekend before the closure for refurbishing for 2 months it was quiet. It is very nice to enjoy the pools until 11pm. Nice selection of salty and savoury breakfast. I really appreciate to have a proper made coffee(cappuccino rather than using a machine as in many restaurants. We are looking forward going back after the refurbishment in summer!
Cons: I would give the options for pillows. Actually this was the 5th time we stayed as family in this hotel, and our point is always the same for improvement: give option of higher pillows please! We were a bit sad that the juice maker was removed at breakfast and instead there are pre-maid juices. I tried the green one as was AWFUL! Nothing to do with a real juice. It was nice to find the maker of pancakes but what we didn't like was that the staff in the breakfast room were preparing some and them forcing us to take the already cold ones, of course the butter wasn't melting. So please let the guests do their own pancakes. We had a room with a slope (501), the wardrobe couldn't stay open in one side as the door was going down the slope. The vent in the bathroom wasn't working.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very professional, always available to assist. The place was very clean and well decorated. Spacious room with comfortable bed. The food was delicious!!
Cons: I liked everything.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: - The outside part of the Spa is nice, especially the view on the garden
Cons: - The decorative patterns of the Spa look like a Mental Hospital from an horror movie - The staff is not very happy
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: staff very tough no helping us also was very bad when we arrival after 12 med night they said check out 10 : 30 AM i didnt sea like this in my life i feel they stool our money
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great terme for those interested in more theraputic resources than wow factor. There is an incredible acqua walking path that utilizes varying water temperature, depths and rocks to stretch tendons and plantar fascia! My feet feel better than they have in a year after only 2 short treatments! There is also an incredible assortment of mature bonsai trees.
Cons: None of the water falls were in use.
7.5 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, good swimming pools, lovely sauna, quiet room, friendly staff, close to everything in the city
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful resort hotel, location, well-groomed territory, kind professionalism at the reception, in the restaurant and in the pool, fresh flowers in the interior, cleanliness, comfortable bed, new and fresh bathrobes and towels, delicious breakfast. It is easy to diversify and combine spa procedures with excursions to Venice, Padua , Monselice

Pros: Nice pool, more than great breakfast, spacious room. It was real pleasure to chill by the pool after 9 day walking around Italy.
Cons: Stinky elevator Pool closes at 7 pm

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Spa pools and robe and towel provided. Breakfast was abundant - more that one could expect. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice shops and restaurants nearby.
Cons: Waiters in the breakfast room did not welcome us on arrival or show us to a table. Also, over 4 breakfasts, they never came to enquire if we wanted tea or coffee. We had to call them or go over to their tea/coffee stand.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great pools, large and never overcrowded, excellent spa treatments with bio products, perfect attention to details to make guests comfortable, like option to use the thermal area till late afternoon on check out day, free bathrobe and towel, slippers, spin dryer available in pool bathrooms, complimentary mineral water in room fridge and, on last day, bottle of wine as farewell present!
Cons: Everything was perfect
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel maybe is little bit oldish and rooms are maybe little bit small (not Italian small but let's say smaller I use to see in 4 star hotels) but in no mean bad or ruined or .... no, totally opposite, I find it among better hotels in Abano/Montecatini area (we are regular guests in this area for more than 10 years). Parking is spacious, if you are worried about your car you can get a garage. Spa area was quite big, with more than enough facilities not to be overcrowded even on weekend. Breakfast was OK, even for 4 star hotel. On our last day we had to leave the room until 11 but they said we can keep towels/bathrobe and stay at the pool as long we want. They even provide us with small room where we use to leave our stuff until departure. Very nice gesture. Something rather important - this hotel WILL NOT charge you additionally for pool/spa pass, for towels, for bathrobe, for swimming cap - and this is not so common in this area. Some will try to charge you everything (see what I said about Hotel Savoy for example)
Cons: One funny thing - Italians have their own 230 Vac power outlets, usually hotels have universal one (combined Schuko or German / Italian) not this one - in fact only one was in the bathroom ... so I ended up charging the laptop in the bathroom. 10.0 Excellent

Cons: SPA closing too early- at 7p.m. and late check -in
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Thermal pool was fantastic
Cons: If you weren’t half or full board there was very little option
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed
Cons: The furniture and extra costs for swimming pool and the thermae
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast & friendly staff
Cons: The elevator
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I visited this place because of Y-40, the amazing deepest in the world pool. It's probably not correct to simply call 'a pool' this architectural piece of art filled with warm mineral water extracted from somewhere deep in the earth. Water is of noticeable mineral taste and 33 C temperature. I fallen in love with this place. It's cool! Cool!! COOL!!! Nothing prevents you from relaxing, focusing on the internal state, migration to the world of internal sensations; from seeing mermaids while gliding into the depth among beautiful underwater interior elements.
Cons: The wifi internet seems to be not as good as I expected (coverage, channel).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at this hotel as it was right next to Y-40 and that was excellent for us. The swimming pools were also lovely with the thermal spa waters
Cons: The hotel had no information packs in the rooms telling you how things worked - particularly the wi-fi. Also, they hadn't put spa robe(s) in my room which everybody else made good use of when going down to the poolside.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff and facilities very professional. Live entertainment on a Saturday night. The age group is 50+ and families so not really an active place but very very friendly. Choice of 7 pools, lot of water to swim around in!!
Cons: A lot of hotels in Montegrotto include the price of the spa in the price of the hotel. Patrarca doesn't - so 20 Euro per person on top of the room (the spa is open to people to walk in at 25 Euros each).

6.7 Good
Pros: Service and personnel
Cons: Restaurant way too expensive while quality of the food is not great
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Mioni is kind and willing to help you. Great breakfast with a good variety of food and beverages. The hotel has an amazing pool and wellness center.
Cons: The structure is well renewed and in good condution. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned.
7.5 Good
Pros: the pool is great, hotel location is perfect. helpful staff.
Cons: wifi has a bottle neck - really slow connection and dropped alot :(
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was perfect: spacious, clean, recently renovated, very good. The service was also very professional and kind, although a little stiff and formal.
Cons: The food was mediocre at best. A list of very "normal" and unsophisticated Italian dishes, without any trace of creativity or originality. Lasagne alla bolognese, spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino, cotoletta panata, fettina ai ferri. Boring. Obvious. Normal. Very little seafood, also rather uninspiring. Preparation was in need of improvement as well. For the kind of money we were asked and the class of the hotel, we certainly expected much more sophistication in both dinner and breakfast. The spa facilities are also quite disappointing. Although there is a very large and nice outside pool with really warm water, the number and variety of sprinkles and water games is very low compared to other hotels in the area, and every spa services have been removed and placed in a separate area at a premium price (and fairly high): if you want a short Finnish sauna or Turkish bath you have to pay an additional 30€ per day per person, regardless of how long you plan to make use of the facilities. Frankly, a bit too much for my tastes.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Pool and SPA very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The warm water pool. The generous breakfast The convenient location
Cons: Nothing
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The food choices with half board were outstanding and the most flavoursome of any restaurants worldwide.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike as the staff were very agreeable and helpful with all our requests
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Internet Wifi is very bad every few seconds down
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The only real redeeming value to this property is that it is next to the train station which brings you into Venice in about 40 minutes.
Cons: The hotel looks tired and needs furniture upgrading. The experience at the restaurant was terrible. An all inclusive dinner is offered for 28 Euros a person. DO NOT EAT HERE. You can do much better across the street at any restaurant from a quality and price perspective. The restaurant manager was EXTREMELY rude. I have travelled extensively and never encountered such disdain for guests from a hotel manager. My reservation for 6 persons was for 8:30. Upon being seated he informed us that we had to order immediately because the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. We were rushed to the point of my wife's plate being taken away before she was finished eating. We were then invited to leave the restaurant at 9:30 to attend the bar area to finish our dinner. This was mentioned to the hotel manager upon checkout who just gave lip service to my concerns but nothing else. Any other reputable establishment would have at least offered a discount or some other similar gesture. Beware also that this hotel "nickel and dimes " you to death charging for absolutely everything. There are better places to stay in the vicinity.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Classic mid range hotel attracting all ages. Popular with Italians as well as some foreign tourists. Montegrotto is a spa resort with many (and perhaps similar) hotels. This one is great, being right by the train station (10 mins to Padova) and close to the small town centre. Lovely pools and spa with professional and helpful staff. We enjoyed it all. I telephoned in advance, as our flight meant a late arrival, to arrange a private shuttle car from Marco Polo Airport. This is €35 pp and worth it to avoid trouble getting a train from Venice Mestre. Lots to see in Padova, and if you have time do also visit Villa dei Vescovi in the nearby Eugenee hills. A wonderful place of frescoes and more. No bus on Sunday so we took a taxi €25 each way. Worth every penny.
Cons: I had upgraded to a comfort room with a balcony. Our first room on 3rd (top) floor was noisy with an air con unit above and restaurant below. We moved for the next 3 nights to a quieter room along the corridor. The so-called ‘garden view’ is actually above the car park, but it’s not noisy. It’s worth noting that although all rooms are theoretically the same size, our second room was smaller as was its balcony. And looking down to the first floor they had much larger balconies. I didn’t mind but if it matters to you, it’s worth telephoning the hotel to explain exactly what you’re after.
7.1 Good
Pros: Near Y-40 the deep joy where I wanted to go with a reasonable price. The breakfast was fine. Free car parking.
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned properly some urine spots were on the seat and the funny thing it was covered by a paper as cleaned! WiFi was really bad as it is only for web surfing doesn't work at all with social media (snapchat, instagram, youtube).

8.8 Excellent
Pros: 4th time in hotel, so they upgraded us, my niece who was with me is a gluten free vegetarian, but the restaurant went out of their way to make something for her. The spa staff were amazing and very informative, will definitely be going back. Really good that the train into Venice is only metres from the hotel entrance.
Cons: Rooms were lovely except for the really hard beds.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the food and the pool
Cons: They charge to use the pool area.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was ok
Cons: The room was awful - room 109 Maximum 2 star on a good day. Bedroom had no drawers... my clothes remained in suitcase and the same for my son. The air conditioning was terrible ... situated at ground level next to window by the bed and no way to adjust the directional flow. The shower screen was multi folding and let water out of the bath. The bath plug hole had been replaced and was sharp. Water from other rooms impacts the shower when the use it. The safe was 20 cm wide by 15 cm deep. Nowhere to keep a laptop or valuables. The hotel recommended on their document to keep them in the reception safe including cash. This is a joke. I did not have access to laptops from 9:30pm til 7am after depositing... was not informed of this after putting them in the safe The balcony had a nail on it and had not been cleaned. Chairs and table dirty.

Pros: um... yogurt was good
Cons: We didn't know the hotel is for 60+ years old people Pool is 50 EUR for two persons (in other hotels nearby it was free and bigger) Conditioner didn't work and it was stuffy in the room Parking area was always full

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the overall experience
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with beautiful spa especially for the hotel guest
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was okay but could have been better - more hot food options would have been welcome. Local restaurants in walking distance were great and inexpensive compared to in hotel dining service.
Cons: Location was a little far from everything, but it was manageable - expensive to get to from Padova train station by taxi. Used the bus to get to Padova central and back, which wasn't bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place it's absolutely amazing. Well located in the center of Colli Euganei area, which could be explored by bike (rent for free at the hotel). Amazing staff, great food (special mention to the poolside restaurant and its manager), enchanting chill area, relaxing in-hotel spa. What do you guys want more?

Pros: Good price for a suite which was bigger than some of the appartements I lived in. Swimming area is big with indoor and outdoor pools. Parking is on sight and can be reached easily. They already prepared us a place for our little son.
Cons: - Have to pay extra to use the pool - Information for dinner were not clear enough. Best to be there right on time - No water included in the dinner - Pool has no area for little kids under 4 years - Somehow dated look and feel

Pros: The staff are all so friendly and greet you with a smile all the time. The Owner is a family man and his family also work and assist in the hotel. Which makes for a great family feeling within the grounds of the hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a great location for visiting Venezia and Padova without the hassle of driving and parking. It was also an experience to bathe in thermal baths.
Cons: We were unable to control the temperature in our room and it was too hot for us to sleep - the only way to let in fresh air was by opening the sliding balcony door but this would also allow the shield bugs to enter.
