breakfast area is small and overcrowded
The beds were comfy. The rooms felt and looked modern and had a lot of plugs to plug things in. The WiFi was solid. It wasn't blazing fast, but I was able to stay connected and do work and stream YT/Twitch at the same time with no issues.
The bathtub was a bit old. While I'm sure it had been cleaned, it definitely didn't look like it. Old stains/discoloring. My comforter was discolored which left doubt about cleanliness as well. Again, I don't think anything actually was dirty or unclean, but these sorts of little details could use some attention. The baseboards in the room were pretty beat up too. None of this really affected my comfort! Just my observations about my specific room.
The staff is great -- friendly, helpful. The breakfast was a standard buffet -- nothing fancy but adequate, and the attendant was constantly keeping everything restocked as there is a big crowd every morning grabbing breakfast before heading off to Arches National Park. The location is good -- only a few miles from the entrance to the park.
The room was spacious, clean, quiet & looked recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. The reception & breakfast areas as well as the hallway carpet all looked old but the actual room was absolutely fantastic. I'll stay there again.
The breakfast area could use a little bit of TLC as well as the reception desk. Those are the first things the guests see upon entering and they look nothing like the actual rooms which are absolutely lovely, clean and perhaps even recently remodeled.
Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom
