Location and price.
The room was not clean. The windows were bolted shut with no fan in the bathroom. KAYAKs website sells single King rooms, but this hotel has ZERO king beds. Paid the price and only got a double bed. Such disappointment.
I liked that my pet could be there, but we couldn’t leave them so I had to take my twenty pound cat on every hike with me.
The service was awful and there were bugs crawling out of the sink and on the floor. The pool wasn’t even open yet and we had to go to a different hotels pool and it was dirty and my son was bullied by other kids there.
It was reasonably clean and convenient.
The air conditioner roared so loudly it was hard to sleep. Also, it was awfully expensive for such basic accommodations.
Over priced for such a basic hotel. The halls and lobby were hot
The shower
No fridge, school chairs in the rooms Needless to say I’ll never stay there again
Ok
Bathroom
There was no soap and no breakfast and no fridge
Really cute place in a really cute town
The rooms were clean and had a striking interior design. Internet worked and the beds were comfy.
I couldn't find one recycling bin in the entire state of Utah, this motel included. :( the car was full of empty energy drink cans ...
Not a bad place if you're flat broke
The place is clean and the staff is friendly and professional.
The bed and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. The walls and floors are paper thin and they've replaced their floors with pergo. Every time anyone adjacent to you walks on their floor, uses their bathroom, enters/leaves their room, you will know about it. The TV remote also needs to be held relatively level with the sensor on the TV. This means you have to hold the remote high over your head while in bed to get the TV to work. Both of our rooms had all the same issues I've listed.
Decent place, location is key!
Exceptional staff, cleanliness, and proximity to national parks.
Room was very small, not much space for two people and luggage. Ok for a couple nights; I'd suggest elsewhere for extended stays.
Clean and affordable
It is not a common occurrence to find a cheap and clean room to stay in. Motel 6 Moab was definitely above my expectations for how cheap it is. It cost about half what the other hotels did and was very clean, quiet and close to Arches Park and the Sand Flats Recreation Area.
The bed was about a 5/10, definitely not great, but did the job. Other than the Bed, I can't really complain about anything else.
The place was terrible.
It had a bed and a shower.
We unloaded the car and used a cart. When I returned the cart I took the elevator. I got stuck in the elevator. The emergency phone must have connected to the police(FD) dispatcher. That line dropped out 3 times before I found the front desk number on my phone. I called the front desk and asked them to reset the controls. That worked and I got off the elevator. Once I got to first floor the manager got on and started looking at the control pad like I had pushed "1" the wrong way. Never said sorry, never asked how long, nothing. I took the stairs back up to the room, took a shower, pulled back the sheets and found pubic hair and sand. They hadn't changed the sheets from the last person. They sent up a young kid with sheets. Once again, nothing said by the manager. I have never given a bad review before. They deserve this one.
A great team !!!
Thousands of hi-fives for Krystal and her team who made her stay in Moab really relaxing and welcoming and helped us greatly to recover a forgotten purse and fedexed it to our next destination. Quiet motel in scenic cool city is all we appreciated on this wonderful trip.
