6.5 Good
Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: There were children running and screaming up and down the halls all day into the late evening. They were bouncing balls against the doors and basically using the hallway for a playground. To make matters worse, it was on the first floor right where the front desk could hear and see it all. It still went unchecked. This is unsatisfactory for a cheap hotel let alone one you pay $150 a night for.

Pros: The most comfortable beds that I have ever had in a motel and quiet and peaceful.
Cons: could not get the TV to Work at night
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was good for restaurants, shopping etc. Breakfast was enjoyable. Very comfortable bed. Nice tea selection. Good wifi.
Cons: I had a king room, but I prefer a bath tub to a shower, and this room only had the latter. If there were more people staying, I think the toilet would have had difficulties keeping up - it took forever to quit filling. I actually went to check on it to see if the mechanism was stuck, it took so long to quit filling the tank. Had to wear earplugs for various noises both in and out of the room - highway traffic, train, fridge etc. - but I find most hotels have those issues and am used to using earplugs.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet! Will stay here again!

Pros: The closeness to most of the places that we like to frequent in Minot!!
Cons: Wish this hotel would put jets in their hot tub and have someone check on the availability of clean towels for the pool area...Towels are not much bigger than a hand towel. The children in the pool area were jumping and diving in the pool screaming!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Renee, was AMAZING she worked the kitchen.
6.0 Good
Pros: location is good but Minot is not a big city
Cons: even though I had a copy of the reservation and the same credit card , the desk would not let me register because the room was booked under my wife name.

7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was okay. It definitely was better than a cold breakfast bar. The omelette bar was good!
Cons: The reviews claimed how great it was but our experience was the "hot items" were barely luke warm/cold and the only meat choice was sausages, there was no bacon/ham. The stay was good for a 1 night stay except when the sofa bed was pulled out the sheet on it was visibly soiled. My family member purchased a pillow & blanket from store and slept on top of the couch itself! When brought to the attention upon checkout, the front desk personnel did not seem to care about our situation and responded "it just must have been crumbs or dirt that feel thru the couch onto the sofa bed". If this was the case, how sufficient is the housekeeping staff along with the supervisors?!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was wonderful very comfortable very thing you could possibly need .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast, good room temperature control, comfortable bed.
Cons: Very uncomfortable couch, only the light over eating table bright enough to comfortably read by, highway traffic noise(for rooms on rear of hotel, about 100' away)far too loud to allow sound sleep, heat and a/c provide no background/white noise.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious rooms
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is classy, roomy and clean. The breakfast was above average with a fresh made omelet bar but the rest of the food was cold including the coffee.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast is first rate at this hotel. The location is out of the way a bit but we knew that before we stayed so it was not a big deal. The staff was real friendly when we checked in because the computers were not working so they comped us some drinks!!
Cons: The beds and pillows could have been better. The beds were really hard and we were sore the next day after staying. The pillow selection wasn't very good either. Should have brought our own pillows. We will next time we travel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. When we checked in, an employee about to leave for the day stayed long enough to get us checked in. We were greeted by every staff member. On top of that, the whole place is pristine, the breakfast is wonderful (chef made omelets to order), and we were upgraded just because they could. Very impressed. Thanks for a great experience!

Cons: The standard room for this hotel is one double bed. Most hotels the standard room is two queens beds. We needed two beds as their was two of us. So they charged us an upgrade fee to have two beds. I would remove this hotel from your options.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was clean
Cons: We booked a room with 2 double beds and they gave us a room with one and then wouldnt refund use fully for the two nights because we had walked into the room so they would only give us half our money back. My 4 kids had to sleep on the floor.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything above.
Cons: no issues.
6.7 Good
Pros: It was clean...and comfortable
Cons: I booked here because it was pet friendly, declared my pet and received my room key. In the morning (at 0430) I came downstairs to take my pet outside and was brutally interrogated from a very rude employee as to what my room # was and told I would be charged $250.00 for having my pet on a floor that didn't allow pets. I DO NOT ASSIGN THE ROOMS and therefore I had no idea of this "rule" . When explaining this to her, she just became more indignant and there was no talking to her. I spoke with the day staff about it and they were apologetic and stated that she is always that way. My question is: If everyone is aware of how horrible she treats guests, why is she still there? If she is family, find her a position where she doesn't deal with the public. Just a suggestion.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the kids loved the pool the beds were very comfortable the room was big the staff was very nice and helpful
7.9 Good
Cons: Elevators need to be cleaned more item. Especially on the weekends with lots of traffic. A different verity of not breakfast would be nice as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room each night was very well appointed and the breakfasts were great. Tom and Dianne Kieren
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms
4.2 Okay
Pros: The beds were comfortable
Cons: They waited a month to charge me for my stay. When I called to inquire the charge, they claimed they had a glitch in their system and I was the only person that it waited a month to charge me for my stay. The charge was also under a different hotels name and I had called both hotels to resolve the issue but both claimed it was the others mistake. The issue still hasn't been resolved. My TV was broken and I had brought that up and no one came to fix it and had said that they knew it had been broken for some time. The pool hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was grime and build up that could be seen throughout the pool, slides, and hot tub. Coming from a person that has been in the hotel profession for some time, this was unacceptable on many ways. I had stayed at this hotel a few times and will never be coming back to stay. I booked with a different hotel for the remainder of our trip.
6.0 Good
Cons: On the Sunday night I went to buy 2 bottles of water from the front desk store and the lady working ended up charging it to my credit card 5 times and then told me it did not work so she charged it to my room. I paid 24 dollars for 2 bottles of water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big rooms great hot tub. Nice bar to grab some drinks
Cons: Bigger TVs in the rooms would be nice since the room is so big
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Super clean Great pool
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The lady at check in was amazing. Food was great. Room was awesome.
Cons: Pool was a tad narrow. Felt like the pi should have been rotated so we didn’t hit the side coming off the waterslides
6.0 Good
Cons: The lady working over the weekend was terrible. 1. I waited about 10 minutes to get service to check in. 2. My keys didn’t work so I had to go back to the desk and waited another 10 minutes for service again. 3. On the Sunday night I went to buy 2 bottles of water from the lobby store. The lady charged 4$ to my credit card 5 different times. Then told me it wasn’t working so charged it my room instead. I ended up paying 24$ for 2 bottles of water. She was not a friendly or pleasant lady at all. However, the lady working on Monday morning when I checked out was awesome and extremely nice!

Pros: The location, being right next to the mall, is excellent. The kids really enjoyed the water park. Top notch experience.
Cons: The breakfast could have been better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
5.0 Okay
Pros: Connected to the mall
Cons: The water park and pool were broken.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location, cleanliness and the awesome waterpark!
Cons: The beds are older with springs and there was no bathtub in the room. I just expect a tub in every room as it's more convenient for bathing children. Breakfast ending at 9:30 is too early for families.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast room was very large, the selection was pretty good. Hotel location is great, being attached to the kdak was awesome!
Cons: The pool was very cold, so much so that my 2 year old couldn't swim for more than a few minutes before she was purple and shivering hard. They closed the kiddy pool all day one day, and the hot tub the next, so that was very inconvenient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were let in our room early the young fellow front desk very professional and courteous thanks for stay bill and shelley from Regina
8.0 Excellent
Pros: They offer a very nice breakfast with a wide variety. The rooms are clean. I like that this hotel is attached to the mall.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to access the hotel from inside the mall, after the mall closes when seeing a movie, using the key card.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location obviously was excellent being attached to the mall (Mall has really gone done hill since last time we were there) Spacious rooms, beds were comfortable. Nice little lounge. Tons of parking.
Cons: Starting to get a little outdated. Not fault of hotel but semi truck ran all night right outside our window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of parking, good breakfast, helpful staff.
Cons: Clearly heard next room occupants arguing over TV choices, then heard TV until after midnight. Didn’t complain as it was obviously the guests not the hotel at fault and sometimes saying less is the best way to go. Walls must be a bit thin though.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Couldn't cancel at hotel. Due to weather we had to go home sat n never got to use the last day
6.0 Good
Pros: Our king room was enough for our family of 4 and had everything we needed in it. Being attached to the mall is the real bonus. Breakfast is really good with the usual assortment of items and was fresh.
Cons: Never any towels at the water park.. Water was soooo cold! Definitely needs an facelift. Could hear everything through our room walls :(
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Has always been one of my favorite places to stay in Minot
Cons: The beds are so uncomfortable, think maybe they should get new mattresses.

10.0 Excellent
Cons: Sattelite tv was very poor selection-mainly infomercials
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was very good, in general, the staff was good. The room we finally ended up in was clean and comfortable.
Cons: When we checked in the staffer directed us to a room near an entrance, as we were traveling with my 100-year-old mother. The host gave the door a hard shove, and we brought in all of our luggage only to discover that the door would not close. We were told later that the building had settled and that was why the door was so difficult, it didn't fit the tweeked frame. We asked for another room, piled our luggage on a cart and went there to discover that door was little or no better. Finally we asked for another room, and waaaaay on the end of another hall, a long walk, we finally had a room with a door that worked. So much difficulty getting us, my Mom, and our luggage into the room, it took an hour just to finally get in. That room was fine, what I would expect from a good hotel, clean and the morning staff were pleasant.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Ease in location.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Not much
Cons: Bathroom-no towel bar, no washcloths, one hand towel, no hand soap holder, six tissues in Kleenex box Sink area- OLD coffeemaker (yuck) Bed- sheet put on sideways on one bed, fitted inside out on other! TV remote- only worked if pointed six inches or less from tv. Heat- VERY hard to regulate. Either sweat like crazy or freeze. Will not return nor recommend!

Cons: Not much of a choice of breakfast items
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our train was extremely late we checked in at 5pm and they extended our check out time so we could get some rest!
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice property. Suites well supplied. Clean. Great breakfast and happy hour.
Cons: Last year I was recommended this property so I moved over with myself and four other associates of mine. I'm the vice president of marketing and travel is part of my budget so my recommendation is assurance to this hotel would be getting an extended stay with six of us. This year was my second year coming there for business. Unfortunately my travel secretary booked my stay one day short. So I was leaving after 10 days instead of 11. When I ask them to extend my stay for one day and honor my rate they refused. They told me to go back through Expedia to get the rate. I felt this was a foolish step of customer service when in all reality they could have plucked a number out of the air or add on a dollar or $5 and not made me jump through this hoop. Unfortunately because it was one of the few busy times of the year since the state fair was in town, Expedia wasn't booking properties so I went back downstairs again to deal with the general manager. When I explained the situation to the general manager she told me that although they valued my business, that it was supply and demand and because of that they were going to force me to pay $40 more for a night because of my travel secretaries mistake. Now I want to state that I wasn't paying a cheaper rate. I was already paying in the mid-nineties for a room so asking me to pay an additional $40 to me because the state fair happened to be in town was ridiculous. I gently reminded her that I represented six people who were staying there together as a Consortium and that if they were going to inflate my rate for one night to make $40 that as she stated, they indeed did not care or appreciate my business and that to inflate me for $40 they were willing to lose almost $6,000 worth of yearly business. That statement seemed lost on this general manager and rather than be inconvenienced for one night by having to pack up and move my belongings to one of the many hotels that have sprung up in this area to meet the oil demand that is no longer there, I decided to pay the fee letting them know that none of us would be staying there again going forward. Her response was she didn't care. I would think that the owners of this property would be horrified by her lack of customer service. All they had to do was extend my stay an additional night. I wasn't asking for a discount. I was just asking not to be ripped off. I had just spent almost $1,000 each staying in their hotel and I was rewarded byou an inflated rate that's somebody walking through the door without any previous history with them would have paid. Needless to say regardless of the cleanliness of the property, I do not reward poor customer service and I will be taking our $6,000 a year that we have spent the last eight years to one of the many other hotels that I'm sure will appreciate our business.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and up-to-date. Very nice hotel.
Cons: The only negative was the lack of towels in the pool area. Because it was Labor Day they didn't have the laundry help in, so they couldn't keep the pool area stocked.

Pros: lounge--breakfast--hot tub
Cons: room did not have a full length mirror. saw that one should have been in there but probably wasn't replaced yet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. The location was great for me and what I do for a living. The breakfast was fantastic. I t was like being at a restaurant without paying restaurant prices. Having the Ground Round attached was INCREDIBLE and very convenient. I will stay there again when I come back to Minot. At least this time of year.
Cons: The WiFi was a bit slow. But thankfully I was never in a hurry when I needed to use it. To be honest, that's about it. When I travel for work, I do not spend a ton of time in my room. As long and the bed in comfy and the TV works, Im golden!

Pros: Hotel is nice. Shuttle to hotel and parking. Location.
Cons: Booked through Expedia, hotel did not have reservation. The lady at the front desk doesn't try to fix, but does say I can book another room although I already paid for reservation. Then she just tells me to call Expedia. After calling Expedia, they call hotel and get it sorted out. Also, park and fly only through the hotel website or phone.
