My room was in the shorter tower. Older carpet, furnishings and than in the other tower (prior stay). Rather dark. Carpet was not very clean.

Cons (-) The fridge in the room didn't have bottles of water. Breakfast should be free. There were no after bath gowns ether.

Pros (+) The room was beautiful, staff was very friendly. There was ALOT of parking available and had some good restaurants nearby.
Cons (-) The pool being so open was odd, and the hotel was further away from the mall of America than we had anticipated. It is an easy drive (on the freeway) once we got used to the traffic.

Pros (+) I like all Hilton cause I'm a member and I appreciate the staff most of all the times the hotel are super clean and Comfortable that why I only stay in Hilton
Cons (-) We had to get up earlier and there was a baby crying all night next to us and the couple was fighting and in the morning and I try to speak to the staff in the morning and they really said it's only the luck of the draw and I thought that was kind of disrespectful and when we called again to talk to a manager he left voicemails and have not heard nothing back yet so I hope we hear back from the ma...
